I need more arch support than this has

Haven't worn them yet. Saving them for my upcoming trip to San Francisco and wine country, but I have worn them around the house and they are comfortable. The top of the foot area is a little large, but I think that will accommodate thicker socks. The bottom is molded and looks like it is slip resistant

I originally bought the W but they still were a little tight, these WW are just right

It has literally been years since I have put on a pair of shoes or boots and they felt immediately comfortable since I have arthritis and bunions on both feet These boots did it. I love the styling and the leather!!! Thank you!!!

They fit perfectly and accommodate my bunions w no pressure. The leather is soft, and the style makes my 77 years feel much younger! I am more than pleased. Also easy on and off w side zippers.

These boots are lightweight and pretty stylish. I got the blue and brown so I can wear with jeans or with brown pants. I wear a 7 to 7.5 WW and there is room enough in these to wear light socks with. Lots of toe room, easy to put on and zip. Very pleased, but today is my first day of wearing them so no clue how they will hold up over time.

Great boots - they are comfy out of the box for my super wide feet and they look pretty cute!

I haven't walked around a lot in these boots yet, but they fit true to size. The leather is nice looking and the boots are comfortable.

Comfortable ankle boots with cute strap and buckle detail. I ordered the brown and they are very rich-looking. I love the padding in the footbed. I found these ran small so I ordered a 5 (half size up).

These are great boots and exactly what I was looking for to travel up North with. Not the trendiest boots but as for comfort and style? Yes please!

I usually love Naturalizer shoes. These boots felt comfortable, had a nice style, but these non-leather brown boots did not have the quality look as most Naturalizer shoes do. That is the only reason I give them a 3 star in style. I am returning them.

Perfect! Very cute and comfortable. I have a high instep and was able to get these on with no problem.

The buckles and straps on the side give it a little edge. The rounded toe box is great; doesn't bunch up my toes as a ponted toe boot would. Wearing these boots with the flexible sole is like wearing a pair of sneakers. I absolutely love them!

This is true to size it is narrow just like stated so i would take an 8 in it instead of the 7 1/2 i wear in all other brands because the other brands are not a true narrow, the complaint on this one is it looked like a rubber boot when on so i returned, cannot shop any where except Zappos due to my narrow heel. I can order several pairs i like and find one of them to fit good, i have tried shopping all other shoe stores and malls, it is a waste of my time, Zappos has been the best i have ordered from them for the last 10 years

Love the boots but the right was a little stretched out but that was okay, but the left one I could hardly get my foot in..it was smaller and my toes were at the end of the shoe..will try maybe the black 9-1/2 N..

I purchased the boots for the style, but I wore them today and they were really comfortable and a great fit.

Oh how I love these booties. They were comfortable from the beginning for my very difficult feet.

I had to go up half a size from my normal naturalizer size but I love them. They break in quite quickly and even though I have problem feet I can wear them all day

Thankful to find a boot that fits my wide foot and high arch, and look stylish too. Haven't tried them out yet on walking long distances but right now they feel great! Thanks Zappos!

I have a very wide forefoot with a regular width heel, and these boots in 6EE were perfect -- when I put them on, it felt like I'd worn them for years. The toebox is elongating without bending the big toe inward; the shank offers good support while being flexible enough to sprint down a city block if necessary. If I were to find fault with this shoe at all, it would be that the rubber on the tread is quite thin, and you will need to resole these wonderful boots. Big ups to Naturalizer for making an ankle boot for the wide footed!

Nice leather, great design. I could not zip up the left shoe at the ankle. I have flat feet, but have inserts which fit in the shoe. to small at the left ankle.

True to size and to width, these boots are the most comfortable I’ve ever worn. They feel like sneakers. I’m thinking of buying an identical pair so I’ll have them when these wear out!
