Left toe was a tiny bit scuffed when I received it. I should have sent it back. But i decided to wear them because I'm in desperate need of shoes to wear that don't hurt my feet. These felt perfect, but they scuff up sooooo very easy!!!!!! I hate it!!!! Very cheap on the outside.

Finally, a shoe company who still stays true to their sizes even in their “up to the minute designs!” This boot is very sleek yet sassy w the buckle n belt wrapping around the ankle for design purposes only. It is easy on n off w zipper on the inner side. There is great support throughout including the upper portion of the boot. The toe-box has excellent width n height space. The leather is supple yet it offers wonderful support. The inside is soft n comfortable as I do not prefer to wear socks. The footbed offers average cushion, I will be using my cushioned heal inserts. Please note, I have had three foot surgeries n still continue to have issues to include planters fasciitis, heel pain n post-surgery swelling on the top of my foot which never healed properly. To find shoes/boots to accommodate my “designer feet” is extremely challenging! The Cassandra, black booties in a size 10M are the perfect fit! They are going to look fantastic jeans n leggings possibly even w dresses! I will for sure recommend these booties to family n friends!! Hoping for more colors like dark charcoal, deep red n metallic bronze!!!

I have difficult feet. One of them has a very significant bunion and bunionette deformity, which means I need a wide shoe...but my ankles are slim, so boots generally either fit my foot and are too big elsewhere, or are too tight for the weird foot. Also, both feet have arthritis and start hurting early in the day if I am on my feet. These boots work for me because: 1. They come in WW width AND have a kind of belt with a buckle which actually works to cinch up the ankle. 2. I can wear them all day long and my feet don't hurt. I have bought two pairs, and I have never before bought two pairs of the same kind of shoe unless one pair has worn out. They don't feel super stout, they are kind of soft, which is nice for now, but I can see that they might wear out pretty soon if I wore them every day. On the plus side, people have actually made a point of telling me that they like these boots. Not being much of a fashionista, it's quite an unusual event for me.

I was looking for fashionable flat-ish boots to do a lot of walking on a trip to Paris. These were really really comfortable. I ordered an 8.5 wide so I could wear thick warm socks. It felt true to width, in fact had a round wide toe box, good for lots of walking. However, the front of the boot really rubbed my shins and front of my ankles. Even walking around my house, it really bothered me. I’m assuming it would bother me even more with the miles of walking we have planned on our trip. Unfortunately I will have to return these shoes.

I bought these in November 2018. It's now March 2019. I've had these boots all of 4 months and they are not holding up well. I usually purchase shoes at Payless or DSW and usually only pay about $60.00 and I have to replace them once a year. I thought I would upgrade and have a pair that lasted me at least a couple years. I do wear these shoes about 4 days a week and it is winter. But I've never had a pair of boots looks this scruffy after 4 months. They also have no arch support. The fabric on the bottom inside of the shoe is shredding, bunching up and causing blisters. I even sprayed them with a leather protector when I first bought them.

Pros: super comfortable and stylish; Con: leather may scuff and ding I love these booties, but they’re not perfect. They’re as comfortable as slippers and look good with my standard “rugged business casual” work attire (corduroy pants with tweed blazer). But within a month or two of wearing, the leather on the right shoe scuffed and a 2 mm tear developed (circled in photo). I don’t recall banging my foot while wearing them or attempting to stab myself, which tells me the leather must be pretty fragile. Despite the flaws, I’ve been wearing these every day to work this winter. And when I saw them go on sale, I bought a second pair, for next winter. They've become my standard winter work shoe, simply because they're so comfortable. They’re lightweight, but offer enough support for work and around town. They're like wearing air. That said, I wouldn’t wear them hiking or to Disney World – the leather is too fragile, and I’d want more arch support if I was walking more than 5 miles.

I really loved my boots. They really do feel so natural on my feet. I'm able to keep them on all day long and by me having Rheumatoid Arthritis, this is a blessing.

These booties arrived yesterday and immediately felt great. But since I bought them for a special occasion I wanted to make sure I “broke them in” before long airport walks. So today I wore them all day, 8 hours of chores and errands. And when I took them off about an hour ago I realized that they STILL FELT GREAT! I am nothing short of AMAZED!

I was a little worried that the toes in these boots would be too narrow for my wide foot, but they fit very well and are comfortable. I have found that the suede wears well, too, just needing an occasional brushing to look like new.

I LOVE THESE BOOTS. I HAVE A HARD TIME FINDING BOOTS THAT I CAN ACTUALLY PUT ON WITHOUT A STRUGGLE BECAUSE OF MY HIGH ARCH. THE LEATHER IS SOFT AND FLEXIBLE. THEY LOOK GOOD ON MY FEET! I LIKED THE BLACK BOOTS SO MUCH I BOUGHT THE SAME BOOT IN THE BROWN COLOR. THIS BOOT IS A WINNER.

I have wide feet and narrow heels, so finding shoes/boots that fit well are hard. But as soon as I put these on I knew they were keepers! I cannot wear them with thick socks, but that is not an issue in Florida. Wearing them around the house they were just fine and I can't wait to try them out around town.

I've been looking for a pair of work-friendly boots that are comfortable. I've found them! The sizing seems accurate. I usually wear a 9 1/2 and I didn't have to go up to a 10 like you sometimes have to do with boots. I tried the regular width and they were too narrow; the wide size fit my slightly stout feet perfectly. I can wear these with normal thickness socks. They were instantly comfortable. I'm wearing them today for the first time, and my feet are HAPPY! The style is pretty cute...looks great with leggings/tights or jeans.

Extremely comfortable, nice looking and will work with leggings and boot leg pants.

I ORDERED FOUR PR OF BOOTIES. THESE WERE BY FAR THE MOST COMFORTABLE. I HAVE A CHEAP PAIR IN MY CLOSET THAT ARE MORE STYLISH BUT THEY KILL MY FEET. THESE ARE JUST OK...THE TOE IS JUST SLIGHTLY ROUNDED AND NOT CRAZY ABOUT IT BUT COMFORT RULES. THEY AREN'T UGLY OR ANYTHING SO THEY ARE KEEPERS!!!!!

Very nice but I was hoping for a narrower heel.

I really liked these boots when I tried them on, so I am disappointed to have to return them. Both of them showed wear on the toes, the sides of the heels, and along the sides of the ball of the foot, almost as if someone had been wearing them. Since I was buying them for use with both jeans and casual trousers, I didn't want to start with something that was already worn. Below are pictures of just some of the places where there was wear.

These boots are FAB! They fit right out of the box, even with my extra wide feet & gigantic bunions. I wore them a full day and I couldn't tell they were new shoes. I scuffed the toe on the 2nd day I wore them ? but that was an easy fix with leather acrylic paint and they were good as new. I feel these will last me many years.

very rounded toe. a little chunky looking because of that but immediately comfortable. a tad wide feeling but its a bootie so throw on a pair of socks and you are good. got the blue brown combo. very nice look.

Narrow was still too wide. Had to return. Too bad because the style was lovely, colors were great.

Most comfortable ever. Feel like slippers, not boots. Not the cutest of all time but SHOCKINGLY comfortable and I think hey are cute and stylish.

Love the Cassandra booties. Very comfortable with a roomy toe box. Also, the black lining looks much better when you wear leggings or tights!
