Ordered wide, but they still pinched a bit with regular socks - and I'd ordered a half size up from my usual size to allow for thick socks. Wide isn't what it used to be

The toe of this boot is rounder than it appears in the picture. I was looking for a more pointed toe.

This is a really cute bootie- one that I'd planned to wear work. The width of the shoe and comfort of the sole was fine; however, it constantly rubbed my shin. I ordered a different size hoping that would solve the problem, but that one rubbed my shin too. Unfortunately, I had to return both of them.

Super comfortable and easy to walk in, but look like big shiny rain boots. Very sad to return boots that fit so comfortably, but they look awful. You won't see the ankle buckles below trouser cuff line, so the only part showing is plain & shiny. Needs detailing on main body of foot.

Very difficult to get my foot into the shoe as the fit was very tight. Felt uncomfortably tight around the toes as well.

Fit was not too bad - nice and wide. Price was great but really unattractive on with pants (not tucked in). Wide and boring look.

Look cute, but it felt like I was walking on concrete.

I'm usually a solid size 10 with a medium width. These appeared to be long enough but too narrow--I couldn't get past the ankle opening. They were sent back.

I am really puzzled by the reviews that say this is true to size. It was a full size too small. The style and quality were very good, but it was seriously small.

I had given up on trying to find a stylish, low heeled, bootie for my wide feet. I was so excited to find these and they actually fit! However, withing 2 weeks of wearing them they have stretched out SO MUCH that my feet slide not only front to back but side to side when I walk! A super thick sick has helped, but they are super scuffed on the toe AND have sent me to the podiatrist within 1 month! They have absolutely no support so I have plantar fasciitis now. I dont know why it has to be so hard to find a good, wide, supportive, and STYLISH shoe.

These were scuffed after only two wears. I was disappointed at the quality.

Very cute and comfortable boot for me. I ordered 1/2 size up (which I usually do in a boot), and it is a good thing, because I do not have any extra room in the toe box. The reason I give these boots only 2 stars, is because after only a couple of months (and I don't wear them every day), the leather on the toes started peeling off. I have never had a problem with a leather shoe like this. I am not rough on my shoes. I have a pair of Clarks boots in a similar style that I have worn for over 5 years without distress of the leather. It is just the toes, and large areas, covering the whole toe area. These boots looked so bad by 6 months, that I only wear them to do yard work.

Fit and size are great. My only problem was I felt I had bought a pair of used shoes for premium price! As I was trying them on for the first time a wad of dog hair was lodged in the stuffing of the shoes. I felt disgusted by the thought of someone else trying these on with such dirty socks. I ended up vacuuming the boots out before actually trying them on since there was fairly long dog hair stuck to the interior of both boots. The original box was replaced by a box that said 'This item has been repackaged in recyclable, frustration-free packaging because the original box was damaged in transit', and thought nothing of this until seeing the condition of which these boots were sent. If footwear is returned, which I know Zappos offers free return shipping, they should at least be inspected prior to re-shelving the product and sending out to someone else. This being my first experience ordering shoes from Zappos I'm not sure if I will order anything else again. In my gut I should send these boots back, but they are comfortable enough to make me want to keep them.

I'm returning these. I ordered them in brown; the color looked as though it was painted on and they felt like plastic. There were small scratches in a couple of places revealing the base color of the leather. These would have taken a huge amount of polish to keep them looking decent.

This is the strangest fitting boot I've ever encountered. The front "cuff" at the ankle is very annoying, rubs against the leg. And the back is gaping - almost like a funnel. I didn't even walk around in it...wrapped it up and returned it immediately. Just to be a bit more helpful - I am 5'6", 130 lbs, slender but not skinny legs. I bought these in an 8 1/2 W. The foot part of the boot was OK, but that odd opening was a deal breaker. And, they look really clunky.

Okay, so they were comfy on but as I walked I felt like the heel and arch were having an argument and they decided to both go home and leave nothing to support the transition between back to front. It was odd since fit was good and they were comfortable to stand in but once in motion it was all weird. Returned. Style was fine.

Although I have slender feet, i ordered a 7 1/2 wide to fit my bunions . The boots are pretty good fit although back slips a bit. I found them good looking but then: Oddly , after about two weeks of wear the tips of the boots have started to peel off and reveal aplastic core. . It is almost as if a thin coat of leather is over what is essentially a plastic boot!! Hmm . Not sure I'd recommend boot.

The black "leather" will wear off after a month. They will also become uncomfortable after 3 weeks of wear. The inside starts to sink and the heal starts to shave down from wear.

This boot it too small and uncomfortable. I have had 2 pairs of wonderful Naturlizer booties and trying to replace the black ones which are worn out. But this is not it.

The footbed was way too narrow. It felt as if I was tramping down the sides with every step. Unfortunately, will have to return.

Super comfortable to wear, fits well, and very cute style. I bought the brown in size 8. BUT. Overall very disappointed with the quality of the exterior, it tears extremely easily and the “leather” is hardly more than tissue weight covering the interior construction. Not at all what I would expect from this brand. I did see others comments before I bought them but could not believe Naturalizer would let that continue to happen. I was wrong. Not a quality shoe, definitely not worth the money.
