My teenager loved the style but had a difficult time getting her foot into the shoe. She finally did but did not even try the other shoe on because she said they felt small and narrow and hurt her feet. Too bad they didn't fit because they look sooooo cute!

The color is a wimpy brown. The picture is darker. I had purchased another comfort shoe from naturalizer and they used the same wimpy brown. Not very happy with the color.

They were really nice looking but were too short and too tight.

Cute bootie but, way too narrow....The leather was damaged at top of shoe. The shipment of shoes were not secured and shoes had fallen out and boxes torn. Zappos was contacted and I feel sure they will address this issue. If I buy a pair of shoes I want the boxes intact....sad these booties didn’t work out for my feet.

Casual yet a bit boring. Heal does not have a great stability for a utilitarian shoe.

Casual utilitarian boot. Not enough style or comfort for me.

This boot is very cute in the photo but it looks just enough different in person that it has not been a favorite of mine this winter. The navy blue is a true dark blue in the photo, but almost black in person -- but NOT black, which means the boot doesn't look good with black OR blue. It's almost exactly in between. Because of that, the styling (with the brown straps) doesn't show too well. Too bad ... It is rather a comfy boot (4 stars) but they do rub my left foot a little, and anyway they're not comfy enough to make me overlook the appearance. I bought these thinking they would be big favorites in my wardrobe, but they've turned out to be just occasional options that I wear when I happen to (rarely) have an outfit on that looks good with that black/navy color. Bummed.

These are really cute boots, so I was sad that they pinched my toes. And I ordered W! But had to return them.

I was excited to get these booties and loved the style when they arrived. I have worn a size five and a half medium for years so I was expecting these to fit perfectly. Unfortunately, on one of my feet the toe area was very tight and uncomfortable. The other shoe was better but still more snug than I'd like it to be. Because of this I knew I had to return them. A little longer length might have solved the problem, but I feel like the cut of this shoe is such that the toe area is not very roomy. I'll be looking for something else. I appreciate the ease of returning items with Zappos.

It was the wrong fit> I ordered a 6.5 W and was sent a 7.0 W. At this point I do not want them. It took some time to get them. In the mean time I believe I can purchase what I want in the store.

These fit great, feel great, and look pretty darn good for such a comfortable shoe. The weird problem is one of them is squeaky! Like if you point and flex your foot the leather is rubbing on itself and squeaking. The other one doesn't do that. I guess I'm going to send them and back and try reordering and hope I get a different pair!

I ordered this same shoe in Black and brown in an 8-1/2 narrow and they are just perfect. I loved the shoe in Blue suede with brown and the only size I could get was a 9 narrow. I'm wearing them but they are really too big so I think I will have to wear heavier socks. These are the cutest booties. I love them. Wasn't sure they would ever get the blue suede in 8-1/2 and I thought 1/2 size wouldn't make that big of a difference but it sure does in this shoe

This was ok- not exactly the ankle boot I was hoping for. The upper part of the boot is too narrow and scrapes on my leg. The whole boot feels like it runs narrow. Glad I got the 10.5 and not the 10. The search for shoes continues.

Although these boots are cute and comfortable, they already had a slight scuff mark on them when I got them and it seemed likely that I would immediately scuff them up and for $100, not worth taking a chance on them. If they had been cheaper boots, maybe, but not for $100. They did not seem like a quality boot that would hold up.

they felt smaller than a size 7 and when I took them out of the box one of the toe areas was scuffed up. I will return for a bigger size a try again I really liked the boot overall just not satisfied with the size and scuff Mark's

The shoe fit well and was very comfortable, but the material its made out of looks and feels cheep, and easy to damage. They also looked awful as you move in them. Rubbery? I sent them back.

I ordered an 8.5 wide and they were long. They did also not feel like a wide width. I will be returning.

I would like these if (a) they were black, they are brown but box says black and (b) the heel was a little more defined. As it is, they are going be back.

The boot was cute, but too tight across the wide part of my foot and too loose in the heel. The sole is narrow, especially near the arch. Nothing under the arch but the leather side of the boot.

Almost kept these, but had purchased a half size larger than my usual size 8 to try to compensate for boots billed as "wide" but weren't really wide enough. So the 8.5 didn't work to achieve that goal and were a little loose in length. Naturalizer is another of those manufacturers who don't make a wide shoe wide enough.

I love the look and how comfortable they are, but they got scuffed really badly after just a few wears.

This is a very nice looking bootie, but I am returning because the leather is very stiff. I ordered my normal size 8, but would want an 8 1/2 if I were keeping it.
