Liked the look of the shoe & also that it is waterproof but it was too tight on my extra wide forefoot.

I have the full hiking boot version of these and love them, but this style felt heavy and just looked too bulky for my tastes. I found another pair that I liked better, so I returned these. They are great quality and comfortable, just not quite right for me and my narrow feet.

Read reviews that this shoe runs small but took a chance as it wasn't available in a 1/2 or full size up front my norm. Should have skipped it. Definitely at least a 1/2 size small, maybe a full and more narrow than expected for a wide width. For comparison, purchased the Granite Trail WP in my normal size and it fit perfectly.

Reviews mostly said ran small,so I sized up. This pair of very attractive Columbias ran true to size...thus I'm returning. shoe is very sturdy.seems like a great hiker.

These are supposed to be waterproof, and they were up until a few weeks ago. I started feeling moisture seeping through to my toes in the left shoe. I wear them for about an hour a day when I go for a walk about 4 months a year when it's raining. I treat these shoes well and I'm not rough on them. I got these shoes in March 2022 and it's now November 2023. For how often I've worn them, I would expect them to be waterproof for a lot longer. I used to be really happy with them and felt like I would keep buying them, but now I'm not so sure.

I bought the Columbia Crestwood Waterproof, I personally like the Shoe. I DID FOLLOW REVIEWS, ORDERED A ½ SIZE UP. I am 62 yrs old, I can fit into a size 8 to 8½ in Sandals and used to for a very long time wear 8½ size with Medium with Shoes and Sneakers, I now for the most part wear only size 9 with( a wide Width due to a previos broken ankle and developing foot issues) in Sneakers. I did order both 9W and 9½W to see which was the better fit, and as the reviews stated, I kept larger size 9½ which fit perfectly and Comfotably for my feet . There is that bit of slightly longer room in the front from the ½ to full size larger, but is made up for being roomy enough for your toes to have that wiggle room by the widest part of foot ( the ball area) and being secure enough in the width without being overly snug. To add , since the front length has that bit of extra room, The heel of this hiking Shoe/ sneaker curves in enough to secure your heel so it is stable and not slipping out. I have not went out on any long walks or hike yet with this shoe, but can tell you that the Security/stability and comfort are there. .... Adrianne C.

Footed way too hard right out of the box. Can't take a chance that they will "break in" or not over time so just going to return them.

Nice shoes for hiking in the rain. I’m looking for something lighter just for walking.

I ordered a full size larger based on other review comments. Perhaps a half size larger would have been better. I usually add a light orthotic (Pedog) to my athletic shoes. I didn't add to this shoe and found support pretty good. My first impression was that the top of the shoe is very high on the foot. I tried them during a 45-minute light workout and decided that the top "rim" of the shoe is rubbing the tendons to the ankle both front and back. Didn't bother testing with my orthotics. Returning shoes.

I like the design and color combo. Of the three pairs of waterproof hiking shoes I ordered, this was to my great surprise the least expensive and the most comfortable, BUT after an hour of walking indoors, I started feeling that the inner sole was too hard. I can't imagine wearing it all day or hiking for five hours. Im still looking for the Cinderella fit.

Needs a little time to break in but they feel better each time I wear them. Looking forward to some hikes this spring and summer

I normally wear size 5 but need 5.5 this shoes to fit in well even with thick socks.

True to size. I returned because the colors did not fit my other clothes but they seem good quality.
