I requested a price match on 12 NOV. and you said it was ok and will be done. But it has not been done untill now

I bought this as part of an anniversary gift for my boyfriend. The suitcase is fine and is built well. However the biggest problem was how the color I ordered did not at all resemble the color I recieved. My boyfriends loves the dark green/british racing green/forest green schemes. So when I saw it on the samsonite page in the sage green, I was beyond ecstatic that I found a nice little carry-on in his favorite color. That feeling abruptly ended when he unboxed it. The color I received was matte and pastel like, and more blue than green (shown below). He said it was fine and alright but once I showed him the actual color on the website that I thought I had ordered, he agreed with me that it wasn't the same color at all. The color is definitely false advertising Otherwise the suitcase is fine. If I had known this is how the sage green actually looked like, I wouldn't have ordered it.

I travel frequently for work and after one trip, my spinner was all scratched up. I tried using magic eraser but that didn't fix the scratches. I'm upset I paid so much money for a suitcase I can't use anymore.

I really dislike the way the zipper functions. Two separate, one of them for expansion. This results in the two practically sitting in TOP of each other when the luggage is closed. To open it you have to lift up the TOP half by almost an inch. When fully loaded very heavy and unwieldy. Disappointed in samsonite design. If I didn't need urgently for trip would have returned it.

The suitcase looked great when I bought it but one trip and it's covered in scratched and scruff. The trip was a normal flight without any out of the normal handling. It will be interesting to see how long this lasts. So far, not best impressed.

The suitcase is a great size, lightweight and easy to travel with, BUT the material the outer case is made of is poor. I have only traveled with this suitcase twice so far (one time I had to check the bag) and it has more wear/tear than a suitcase I had for nearly 10 years. There are significant scratches and nicks all over all the suitcase. I wouldn't recommend this bag if you're expecting it to hold up for a few years.

I got it already with a big scratch on the bottom, but there was no time to exchange. I chose this particular suitcase for its facade. I was happy to it until I grazed the first corner. The suitcase was scratched while still at the airport, and after the trip, I wanted to throw it out.

i bought two of the samsonite freeforms for a 4 month trip around europe. upon landing in europe, the very first flight of many, one of the suitcases had been horribly damaged. the combo lock had been completely busted to the point i had to break the zippers to get it open. then when the other suitcase was knocked over, the pull handle hit a wall and snapped off instantly. not sure if i should blame samsonite or the airline/myself for this, but i feel that if the suitcases had been more sturdy these problems could've been avoided. i understand suitcases are not indestructible but it's outrageous that they were both damaged so badly the first time i used them. other than that i loved the suitcases, lightweight, good looking, and great storage capacity. very sad to see them go.

This bag scratches very easily. I would not recommend it if you will be checking your bag as mine got scratches all over and looked like it has been used for so many times just after 1 use.

The surface of the water is really easy. Also, the surface is easily scratched, causing a possibility of breakage. For the first time, I became suspicious of Samsonite's quality. The material of this product is the worst. I'm really sad.

Pros: - Beautiful suitcase - Modern style - Super light and easy to maneuver Cons: - First trip and it's scratched from head to toe, literally. I've had Samsonite suitcases my all life, I was not expecting such a poor resistance to scratches. This is quite an embarrassment being a Samsonite suitcase and at its original tag price. I would be fuming if I had to pay full price for this one (got it on sale + coupons for 1/3 of its tag price). Suffice to say this is a huge upset. - The strap inside is not adjustable, which renders it borderline useless unless you pack it full from side to side. Bottom-line: It does the job as a suitcase (minus the inside strap) but it is not scratch-proof one bit. One trip an mine was already looking like an old suitcase I would have had used for years.

After first use, the bag looks like it is 2 years old. The outside picks up scratches and blemishes easily & picks up dirt/dust. I previously had a Samsonite bag, which looked great for many years. This one no longer looks new a couple of weeks after purchase.

When I got the luggage it looked bent and the zipper was broken on the inside but I didn't have time to exchange etc. bc we were leaving for a trip within less than a week. I used it when we flew to San Diego to visit a family member and it was all scratched up and dirty. I definitely wouldn't recommend and wish u could exchange within a store, that would have been so much easier.

Cannot yet comment how reliable it is, as I received the luggage locked. Couldn't reset the code; came with no instructions or anything to reset/open with. Will have to make a trip to a repair center. Thank you for wasting my timing.

I received the Freeform Carry-On Spinner as a birthday gift. When I opened the box I was elated because of the brand Samsonite one of the most well-known travel brands in the world! My thoughts were: it is a quality product and will be durable. Plus, I loved the color, the style, and the ease of motion. However, I was extremely wrong. I recently had an opportunity to use my brand new suitcase for the first time on a trip to Puerto Rico. To my dismay and utter dissatisfaction my brand new suitcase now looks like it has been through the wringer. It looks dirty, used, and abused after one single use. I can only imaged how it will look after a few more uses while vacationing. Honestly, I am a little embarrassed to travel with it now. I do not recommend for anyone to purchase this suitcase due to low quality and durability. I recommend for individuals looking to purchase new luggage to look into other luggage companies for more durable and quality luggage!!! The proof is in the photos below.

Very unsatisfied on this purchase. On the First use the TSA lock hook broke. We have previously retired our old Samsonite and purchased three of the Freeform design. One broke on us on the first use. Our previous Samsonite lasted 10 years with just normal scruffs all around which is normal but never had issues on the zipper lock. Perhaps it's how the lock hook is designed on the TSA lock. Not very happy about this considering it's only the first use!

I am extremely disappointed to discover that the provided interior dimensions are FALSE. I purchased this specifically to transport a computer case that 20" long and 21.5" tall. The interior length of this luggage is AT MOST 19". However, it has lots of inward-pointing protrusions that cause the usable length for fitting a solid rectangular object to be at most 18". The corners are also cut diagonally, so the depending the thickness of a rectangular prism object you want to fit, the usable length might be up to 4" less than that. This luggage is useless for the purpose that I purchased it for,

Within 1.5 years it is already falling apart. Zipper has broken off, inside has torn. pretty cheap.

This bag was highly-rated on multiple review sites, so I purchased it for an upcoming trip. When I received the luggage I was impressed by the quality of the product. When I checked the airline website to make sure it would meet their Carry-On dimensions it wouldn't qualify. I recently checked the Samsonite Chart and only 3 out of 31 airlines consider it a Carry-On Luggage.
