Very first trip and luggage looks terrible, has scratches and gouges!!!

The luggage came with a heavy plastic smell so I had to return it.

Do not buy! One trip and it looks like it is all beat up! Scam!!!

had this suitcase for less than a year and the handled got stuck and would go down, and yes it broken now!

Really disappointed in the quality of this suitcase. The handle sticks every time I try to close it and after just one trip, the wear and tear makes it look like this is a 10 year old suitcase.

Recently purchased the 28" and the 21" in the sage green color. Just returned from vacation and not satisfied with the purchase of this luggage. Took a direct flight to and from destination and with the amount of scratches this luggage received, you would think this luggage had been used for years. I have always gravitated towards Samsonite for luggage and have often purchased Samsonsite for gift giving but for the amount I paid for this luggage, was not happy with the way this luggage held up. I will think twice before purchasing it again! Sorry to leave such a negative review but I feel this was not worth the money spent!

Bought two bags. One is defective and customer service had me jump through hoops to return product. Sent them photos and info as requested. To date they have not responded. (Two weeks). Not impressed!

The suitcase is only 20", not 21". When I called to return it I was told that I would have to pay for return shipping even though the description is incorrect

The bag's zipper tore before the first use!! Was not even used once at an airport then, but unfortunately this happened a few hours before my flight so replacement or repair wasn't an option. I had to wrap it up several times with the film at the airport to be able to travel with it! Nevertheless, it is scratched so badly, I can't even imagine how it would look after multiple uses or if it was used unwrapped. We were loyal Delsey customers, and this time wanted to "take a step up" so we paid a big premium for a much worse quality bag. We were never disappointed by our other bags, and we are very very frequent travelers. If I were Samsonite I would be ashamed of having produced a bag like this, and I see that the same faults are repeated over and over with many customers. A replacement wouldn't be enough because I just don't want another one of this bag. Disappointing!!

Use for Business and personal. Zipper Split apart the second time I used it. Just doesn't feel durable. This might be one of the lower end hard models but never expected this.

In first journey itself this bag got scratches all over it and the nice look of this bag is gone. I really liked the design and look of this bag but with scratches over it I don't like it at all. Overall it has good capacity and if you are not looking for something that will look great then this bag is for you.

I bought this bag for a multi-stop trip. I couldn't prop open the top while packing. I didn't think much of it at the time. When I picked up my bag, I was surprised at the large number of scrapes on it. This bag is not a true 3D rectangle. Rather, it has eight sides. This makes balancing to pack or unpack very difficult. I suspect this also made it more vulnerable to scratches. The person with whom I was traveling had a traditional hard, four wheeled Samsonite. That one had fewer scratches after > 20 trips than mine did after one. I am so disappointed in this purchase. I thought I could count on Samsonite. I was wrong.

Purchased 7 months ago. All of a sudden going to the airport the handle gets stuck!!! Goes down halfway and then the right side of handle is locked. I'm currently writing this at the airport.

It is not easy to move if you loaded all the heavy stuffs in. After first use, there are significant scratches on the surface and corners.

I was never able to actually use this bag because it broke as soon as I unboxed it. The strap that clips to hold your items in place came apart from the seams the first time I attempted to pack my stuff before a trip. The bag was not over stuffed.

It came locked with no way to open.

Just got these and am so disappointed!! The green color looked dark and pretty and like it had a shiny surface online. In reality it is much lighter, dull, and not shiny at all. I know monitors can be slightly different in the way they show color but this is straight up misrepresentation!! So upset!
