I did not keep it. Purchased this same luggage twice and both were very noticeably used and damaged and subsequently returned. With such poor quality control, I won't be purchasing luggage from this site anymore.

Expansion zipper broke on first use. Plastic is soft and was very scratched and scuffed from one trip. Won't let me return for money back which I understand is the policy but was hoping for an exception given quality concerns. Expected better from Samsonite especially because the Amazon Basics suitcase I replaced was 10x as durable and 1/2 the cost.

I ordered it in color navy and when I got to the hotel where I received it, everything was right but the color. It was black and I really need it that day and wanted in navy because I have the other sizes in that color. So Unfortunately I couldn't send it back and I had to keep it in black. If I knew there weren't navy, I wouldn't have bought it

Poor quality zipper, opens while luggage is closed

Really beautifull, High quality but its too small.

One of the two travel cases doesn't spin smoother. One wheel locks.

It failed my expectations of the product. Don't buy.

dont get the white and green one so easy to get dirty but so hard to clean

I bought one in Woodbury common last night. The handle does not extend. I can't drive 2hours for exchange. What should I do?

Item was defective and had to return. It was not the expected quality.

Zipper broke open on 1st use. Very dissatisfied. Bought luggage for international travel.

Dimensions aren't same as advertised. The height is more than 22"

Dang, first trip, white carry on all scuffed up like I've used it 20 times. Have to come up with a better hard surface that is resistant to scuffs and marks. Disappointing, returning.

Zippers were stiff, TSA locks were poorly constructed and there were no instructions on how to set them, and the suitcase overall was cheaply made. I sent two back. I do NOT recommend this suitcase. Spend more and get a better product. Samsonite makes better bags!

I'm completely disappointed with Samsonite. I spent HOURS choosing for a luggage set just to discover that the carry on IS NOT 21.5 AS DESCRIBED! As you can see in the picture, the true size is even higher than 22 inches for domestic carry on. I travel abroad once a month for business, which means I rely a lot on carry ons to save time. I've always had Samsonite, it's the first time that happens to me. Sadly, I'm returning the product.

I had a very bad experience with you guys. first I waited more than I expected, I had a trip and it was the reason because I did my purchase and I didn't even take the suitcase with me. because I waited too long for you guys. when I get back I found the suitcase and the box was in bad conditions on my door , and the suitcase had damages. so very bad experience.

Don't buy this it's too expansive which is expected to be decent or somewhat decent quality but it's just a big disappointment shame

Disappointed with the quality. Took this carry on luggage on a long weekend trip to New Orleans and the plastic is looking chewed up and is marked from simply rolling it to and from the airport and through security. I bought this for this trip and for an upcoming trip to South Africa and I am worried if it will even last.

One of the wheels fell off after two uses. The suitcase is a little over 30 days old and it's already broken. Now I have to go out of my way and pay to get it fixed.

The carry-on was damaged (dented) when it was delivered

Item never showed up. Customer service never responded. Very unhappy with Samsonite.

Color is off - does not match my larger Samsonite luggage/larger version

The lock broke on the first use! We were out of town and I had not changed the code yet. Nothing worked. We had to ask the hotel to help us break into my own suitcase. The "repair" process is nuisance! Very disappointed. Also be prepared for the airline to make sure your suitcase does not stay white... again, after one trip!
