This is an amazing luggage, great size, durable, wheels are so smooth, and modern beautiful colors. Unfortunately, on my International travel, the TSA 3-dial didn't work for TSA officials in London. They tried to use all their keys to inspect the luggage, they called another guy with more keys, and none opened it. They had to use pliers to break the zippers, to open it. Now, I do not know what to do because I can zip the luggage fine but the locks are not functional at all.

Cheap material in & Out I would not recommend this

I love the look, color and the wheels, unfortunately I'm disappointed in the quality. Just one trip, the very 1st trip, the logo/plague already cracked and luggage is showing scratches :( While my son's Ricardo carry-on (much cheaper) still looks brand new on its 5th trip...so we know it's not airlines neglect or whatever the warranty says abt wear & tear...it's just Samsonite Freeform quality is not up to par.

I bought this as a set and on the first trip the corner was dented. It still works, but not the quality I expected from Samsonite.

Not sure why this is over 62" linear dimensions. Even thought looks great, I don't want to get into trouble as many airlines don't allow over 158 cms/62 linear inches.

Instructions unclear on how to change the code on the luggage and I received the item dirty and a few scuff marks.

My daughter asked for this suitcase as a Christmas gift. She decided she wanted a Samsonite because of their reputation for making quality luggage. She received the suitcase prior to Christmas so she could use it for a trip. She flew to Chicago O'Hare on December 21, 2022. She retrieved the suitcase from the luggage carousel only to discover it was damaged after only one use. We are very disappointed.

I checked this bag once for a trip to Italy. It broke after the first use. The expandable zipper broke... Would not recommend this product.

The side handle broke after a second use. Very disappointed at the quality. Hopefully warranty covers it.

The plastic seems less durable than expected. I expected better quality from Samsonite.

Great suitcase, but incorrect dimensions. I had to return it, because it did not fit in Alaska Airlines overhead bin. I specifically looked for a suitcase that fit within 22x14x9 inches. Samsonite's dimensions do not include wheels and handles, which makes online purchases impossible. Samsonite has unfortunately probably lost me as a customer over unreliable dimensions. I never check in bags and only carry on when I fly, so correctly published dimensions is essential to me when buying a suitcase.

It is poor quality. Disappointed- not what I expected from Samsonite.

The body of the luggage seems sturdy enough and is certainly lightweight, but the retractable handle is flimsy and bent on the third trip I took with this bag (medium Freeform). Now it won't push in or pull out without using unreasonable force, so the bag is essentially useless. It's not nearly as sturdy as other luggage in this price range.

This is my second set of freeform-my old set are over 5 years old and still waxing strong. These new purchases are not as durable- just one flight from San Diego to London and I have scratch and scuff marks. The outer extender zipper - which I didn't use is broken. I have photographs to prove this. In fact I am in the process of filing a complaint !

Bought online brand new. Went on my first trip. Back plastic fell off right away. Stylish but doesn't seem sturdy.

Two stars for a nice and sturdy suitcase. But it came with no key and no instructions on how to open with the code, nor how to reset the code.

The size is great, but the wheels are SO LOUD. I can't stand using it b/c of that. So it's useless. And it was so expensive.

Nice luggage but it is so easily scratched that after one single flight it was so banged up that it looked 5 years old. Wouldn't purchase again.

Samsonite is typically my go-to for luggage purchases, but this model came with a lock that is difficult to open up and figure out; there were no instructions attached nor does the product come unlocked to give the customer to choice to open up or lock the suitcase. This is annoying; my trip leaves in 2 days and I still haven't been able to open up the bag. I am so dissapointed.

it is not a sturdy as I thought it would be for being Samsonite. It did not come with a key for the lock and when I inquired to the company I have have never heard back from them.

Recently purchased the large spinner in baby blue. The bag itself is beautiful, super roomy. The interior is nicely designed. However, for how much I paid for this suitcase, I would've expected much higher quality. After only one trip, my bag is completely covered in dents and scratches that I can't rub out with cleaners. One of the tsa lock teeth also got completely bent on the literal first leg of my first trip using this bag.ridiculous. And the sad part is the flight was short, so the bag likely had minimal handling. For the price seems like very poor quality, I would personally not recommend this bag as I was very disappointed after first use.

The Luggage is gorgeous. However our first trip because of the way the stripes are made on the suitcase they look like they are 10 years old they got scratched up just from one trip. Very disappointing disappointing

The first time using the luggage the zipper busted open in the airport. Very disappointed.

Scratched very easily and is not the best quality. Interior zipper broke on the first use.
