This piece of luggage is smaller than advertised. The website lists the overall dimensions as 31.1" x 20.95" x 13.8". I interpreted this to be the overall dimensions of the suitcase, but instead these are the overall dimensions of the box it came in, not the suitcase itself. I purchased this piece based on these dimensions, as they are very close to the dimensions of the luggage I am replacing. However the actual overall dimensions are 29" x 20" x 13", and there is a noticeable decrease in the capacity of the luggage versus my old piece. I'll be returning it for this reason.

The zippers of the suitcase break, they open when trying to close it. Both outsiders and insiders. Very poor quality, I don't recommend this model at all.

Took one trip with it and it's already damaged all over.

Hard to call this a Samsonite. I took one international flight and the luggage has major cuts deep on the plastic and scraps and bends that make the luggage now essentially unusable. Do not buy this item, it is a joke that should not be called a suitcase.

Zipper lock broke after first flight. So disappointing.

I bought this earlier this month for a trip to LA. On one trip it received a lot of scratches which doesnt bother me, but the zipper which goes into the lock was bent on its maiden voyage. So on the return flight home I had to use a lock I picked up to keep the luggage securely locked shut. The suitcase itself works great, but a hard plastic instead of metal zipper on the outside of the suitcase is a major flaw.

I bought this in December 2020. She loved it! We also got her a matching carry on just recently for her HS graduation present. This is the first time she's used it to travel because of the pandemic. It didn't hold to airport conveyor belt at all. It got stuck on something and the grey plastic part broke off. You can't push it back in now. We tried filing a damage claim with southwest but they wouldn't accept responsibility. My daughter and is pretty disappointed that it was damaged after 1 use. I figured Samonsite would make better durable products for the price they are charging.

The luggage came without a key so I can't even open it. And I need it for a trip in a few days. Awful.

I'm sure I would love this product if it would open but it came locked without a key...

On the website it appears intense green, but what you actually get is a completely different color! Looks like it's not a mislabel issue - other people have had the same problem

Cute but large case is too big...inside not functional

Very first trip and luggage looks terrible, has scratches and gouges!!!

The luggage came with a heavy plastic smell so I had to return it.

This suitcase is stylish and lightweight. However, after just one use it was completely scratched up and dirty. The salesman stated that it cleans easily and that was the main reason we purchased it. I tried cleaning it but barely anything came off. The outer material is not sturdy like other samsonite suitcases. It is highly prone to dirt and scratching. I expected better quality since my other samsonite luggage is great and doesn't get scraped up or dirty as much. Such an expensive bag... I wish I could return it!

Do not buy! One trip and it looks like it is all beat up! Scam!!!

had this suitcase for less than a year and the handled got stuck and would go down, and yes it broken now!

Highly scratch prone if you're getting a white one. After my first use at the airport, the look is completely destroyed.

We received it as a wedding gift and initially I loved it - the green color looked really nice and the wheels were very smooth. After two trips though the outside shell looks like I've owned it for years as it is very scratch prone. The side cap on one of the wheels popped off and the rubber on the wheel cracked and a chunk broke off so now its super wobbly. Went on the samsonite website to try to get it repaired or order a new wheel but no luck.

Really disappointed in the quality of this suitcase. The handle sticks every time I try to close it and after just one trip, the wear and tear makes it look like this is a 10 year old suitcase.

Recently purchased the 28" and the 21" in the sage green color. Just returned from vacation and not satisfied with the purchase of this luggage. Took a direct flight to and from destination and with the amount of scratches this luggage received, you would think this luggage had been used for years. I have always gravitated towards Samsonite for luggage and have often purchased Samsonsite for gift giving but for the amount I paid for this luggage, was not happy with the way this luggage held up. I will think twice before purchasing it again! Sorry to leave such a negative review but I feel this was not worth the money spent!

Just purchased this brand new for an upcoming trip. We set the code on the lock per instructions and it worked. Left the suitcase set aside until we were ready to pack for the trip. Went to unlock the case and the lock wouldn't open. The ends of the zipper pulls that go into the lock would not release. No one could help us so now we have to find a repair store to take rhe new case to in order to fix the defective lock. We didn't get to use it on the trip which is why we purchased it.

Bought two bags. One is defective and customer service had me jump through hoops to return product. Sent them photos and info as requested. To date they have not responded. (Two weeks). Not impressed!

The suitcase is only 20", not 21". When I called to return it I was told that I would have to pay for return shipping even though the description is incorrect
