Very disappointed, not check before sent out. Like the colour

. Disregarded dirty wheels. Threw away box. Once opened found Inside used/dirty.

Dang, first trip, white carry on all scuffed up like I've used it 20 times. Have to come up with a better hard surface that is resistant to scuffs and marks. Disappointing, returning.

Zippers were stiff, TSA locks were poorly constructed and there were no instructions on how to set them, and the suitcase overall was cheaply made. I sent two back. I do NOT recommend this suitcase. Spend more and get a better product. Samsonite makes better bags!

I'm completely disappointed with Samsonite. I spent HOURS choosing for a luggage set just to discover that the carry on IS NOT 21.5 AS DESCRIBED! As you can see in the picture, the true size is even higher than 22 inches for domestic carry on. I travel abroad once a month for business, which means I rely a lot on carry ons to save time. I've always had Samsonite, it's the first time that happens to me. Sadly, I'm returning the product.

I had a very bad experience with you guys. first I waited more than I expected, I had a trip and it was the reason because I did my purchase and I didn't even take the suitcase with me. because I waited too long for you guys. when I get back I found the suitcase and the box was in bad conditions on my door , and the suitcase had damages. so very bad experience.

Don't buy this it's too expansive which is expected to be decent or somewhat decent quality but it's just a big disappointment shame

Disappointed with the quality. Took this carry on luggage on a long weekend trip to New Orleans and the plastic is looking chewed up and is marked from simply rolling it to and from the airport and through security. I bought this for this trip and for an upcoming trip to South Africa and I am worried if it will even last.

One of the wheels fell off after two uses. The suitcase is a little over 30 days old and it's already broken. Now I have to go out of my way and pay to get it fixed.

The carry-on was damaged (dented) when it was delivered

Item never showed up. Customer service never responded. Very unhappy with Samsonite.

Color is off - does not match my larger Samsonite luggage/larger version

The lock broke on the first use! We were out of town and I had not changed the code yet. Nothing worked. We had to ask the hotel to help us break into my own suitcase. The "repair" process is nuisance! Very disappointed. Also be prepared for the airline to make sure your suitcase does not stay white... again, after one trip!

Received the item and it was defective. Part of the zipper was displaced and it was unusable. Returned it and going with another brand.

Awful color, not the color I wanted!!! Wish i could exchange.

Extension handle on carryon is already broken (and I just got it).

It's been almost a month and it's still "being processed" and Boone has responded to me. This is the worst service I have Received in a long time!!

This was my third freeform spinner that I bought and the wheel broke off after one trip through the airport. Very disappointing because my other two are good condition and I have had them for three years.

lol i literally never even got what i ordered. i got my money returned to my account out of the blue and i didn't even get an email explaining anything. no updates, nothing.

I bought it for my new travel and the lock part broke down for the first time. I think the quality is really low.

The button on the back of suitcase to hold the handle dropped right away even before the 1st use

Just purchased suitcase. Used it a few days later on one non stop flight. Went to roll it through the airport to car and one wheel was a. Chewed up. Very unhappy especially since my prior suitcase lasted for 10 years.

Ships too late. I wasn't able to receive it since I moved out.

After one single use where the suitcase was half empty, the stitches are coming apart around the zipper. The quality of the outside material is also extremely low after one trip, the wear and tear is so evident, it looks like I've had the suitcase for years. I usually live Samsonite luggage, but this has been a very disappointing purchase would not recommend.

There was a large piece of stain on the cloth of the zipper of the box when I received it, and the feedback has not been resolved!
