I received the correct size Uggs for my grandson on Tuesday, December 31 and delivered them to him on Wednesday, January 1, 2020. He was very happy to have his new Uggs, a Christmas present from me and his Papa. He wore them to school for two days, January 2nd and 3rd. I just visited this morning, January 4th and my daughter showed me the boots. The piping around the toe is all worn and frayed ! I thought she was showing me his old pair but it is plain to see by the shearling that the boots are new with minimal wear. I am returning these boots for a full refund!!

My son needs a classic boot with a zipper on the side . He had difficulty putting it on on his own , but it's because he has wide feet , wiggling in is annoying.

I am an adult petite woman hoping I could get away with the kids style for a cheaper price. I'm sure they look good on kids but you can tell they are kids boots. I returned them and spent more on adult Ugg boots!

I spoke with someone but they black uggs were so worn out like they were already worn . I didn't have time to send them back or ship them back off . But they look terrible

I absolutely love uggs!!! But after receiving the chocolate brown pair the other day I was shocked after opening the box only to see that the boots have been worn. They were wrinkled and the bottom looked walked on.I will be returning them.

The boots are being exchanged for a new pair. This pair was defective. My daughters foot went right through the front of the shoe the first time she wore them!

For such an expensive boot, I expected quality! My 9 year old daughter put them on and noticed right away the material of the boot was torn off the sole at the instep. Should have a better warranty, like LL bean does and stand behind such an expensive product

Purchased a kids size 6 and the size is completely off. Now I have to go through the hassle of returning the boots. Will never buy directly through UGG again.
