I ordered my daughter Uggs since she outgrew the other ones she had. This time the material of it and the Uggs itself are not the same material as they use to be. They got ruined right away with only one day of use. They are so flimsy and feel cheap. Will not buy this again. The quality is completely different.

I was skeptical of getting these for my 7 year old but now I'm just upset after 1 wear they turned grey. For the price of the boots they need to be better quality. Should've just went with a cheaper brand.

ordered these boots about a month ago they are very thin and flat.. they almost look fake i can't believe how low the quality has gotten. im disappointed

I used to be an Ugg fanatic over 12 years ago at one point I had over 10 pairs. I haven't bought any for years and finally decided to treat myself to a pair.what a waste of money. I have off brands that are more supportive as plush than this. It used to be that they were almost hard to get on your feet cause they were so plush and then would perfectly mold to them. Now I sized down and they're still loose. Don't waste your money on these.

The quality is trash now was a waste of hard earned xmas money ..it's flimsy and fur inside is different will ne buying ugg Australia 1974 from now on for the women in my life

I've never had a pair of uggs so flimsy in my life!! Quality is horrible I love Uggs but I'm very disappointed

Purchased a pair for my kiddo, size 6. The material UGG is using now is way different than before, the quality is not the same at all. Had to retuned, Uggs felt cheap and you could tel they weren't going to last.

The boots I received are NOT the classic uggs these are a different style, wider at the opening of the shoe, not a snug fit. The back of the boot where it says Ugg is even different. More than likely my last pair.

Ugg has gotten so cheap and I get it its cheaper to make the shoes this way. However, now its not even worth it and you're going to lose customers. I feel deceived because you guys should've let it be known that the design and materials used have changed. Its wide, flimsy, feels very cheap, and even uggs that I've had for years and years are of better quality. Do better.

Quality is not what it used to be to be, very thin looks fake. Returned soon as they arrived. I pay for quality ant want longevity

To think they fit me but the tip of the boot has a line that looks bad!

I bought the same exact ones a few years ago and they were still going strong. However i ended up donating them because i knew i was going to buy new ones because i got my old ones really dirty. If I knew that the new ones were going to be this thin and fragile-like i would've NEVER donated them off. Now im sad that i did, but it went to someone who needed them more than me. Truly disappointed in the "new". Only if first-time customers knew how they felt originally. I returned this one because i felt like i was paying the same price for cheaper-made UGG boots. Not worth my money this time!

You can see the black thread of the stitching. Very thin material. I tried to exchange it at the store bit they said so would have to repurchase the shoe and send the pair I have back and wait for a refund. What an inconvenience. I've had better quality and experience with UGG in the past. Definitely disappointed

I've worn Ugg since I could remember and the quality has truly gone down the drain. The fir in the inside was so skimp, as soon as I put my foot in the boot they creased instantly because of thin the fabric is. Really debating on returning them.

I ordered a pair of boots for my granddaughter. I measured her foot and used the shoe chart you have on your website and placed an order. My daughter got the boots but they were way to big. My daughter wears a size 8.5 boot and they were bigger than her foot.

I didn't want to but have to leave a review like this. I order my chicken n my self uggs every year. The boot I got my daughter for Christmas wasn't the Ugg quality I'm used to. It's thin and expensive. I picked my child up from school and noticed that she had a big hole in the boot. She told me she was running and they broke. Price of uggs went up but not the quality of it

These are not the same quality or look of our old Uggs Australia. The toe of the boot is round like construction books. The boot in general is not the soft fabric we are used too. The neck of the classic Ugg is also different. It's ok to be different but we are looking for good quality and it's just not that anymore. I sent mine back and I will just continue to wear my older Uggs that are still holding up great.

I ordered a pair of short classic Uggs, I've been wearing Ugg's for over a decade the material isn't plush and soft like before it feels thin and cheap. Corners are being cut when it comes to the quality and craftmanship of the boots, but ironically the price continues to go up annually. Please fix this issue!

These Uggs are nothing like the older ones I use to buy they are so thinner now I hater them

I'm actually really shocked and disappointed that they sent me these classic ugg boots in the condition they were in. I'll never purchase a Ugg from this site again. The shoes looked worn and the material just don't seem the same. The uggs were bent up at the tip as if someone were walking in them. Thanksgiving is Thursday and now I have to send my boots back that I was gone wear for the holiday. This was very inconvenient.

These shoes fell apart in less a month. My daughter hasn't even worn them to school. We've had boots for years and have never had a problem. When I called they said to mail them back and to see if the warranty would cover it. That's unacceptable. I wanted to bring them back to the store for and exchange.
