I have so many pair of Uggs. These Uggs feel so cheap & the fur is so thin. The color doesn't look the same as the old chestnut Uggs.

I bought Ugg classic boots as a Christmas gift for my daughter. It's her 4th pair over the years. They looked great in the box, but when she put them on the left boot had a pucker across the toe bed. I wish I'd taken a pic. She learned several people she knows had the same issue. I bought directly from the Ugg site to prevent getting knock-offs and ensuring good quality . To add insult to injury, I drove to Mall of America to replace them and was told they won't take them back and I'd have to mail them back instead. So frustrating!

I ordered less than a month ago, they are supposed to be black and they are ashy instead. I have worn these maybe 3x & it has not been in snow or salt or anything. It's been ashy since I've received them, I thought it would improve but it did not.

I return my Uggs which I was very excited to receive because the quality of them were poorly made. They were very flimsy and the fur lining was thin. I've had Uggs in the past and the quality was never this bad. I'm very disappointed and am looking for a better quality winter shoe. Definitely don't make them the same anymore. What's up with that?

they were alright the material on the boot itself felt a little thin and I wasn't a big fan of that and I don't know if that's because I got kids ones versus the adult ones but they do fit true to size. I used to have multiple pairs of UGGs and they felt better quality than the ones that I got.

Not so happy with purchase. I have purchased Ugg's numerous times in the past and was unaware the style has change and is now a lot wider. I have always ordered a size 5 in kids classic boots and now they are way to wide for my feet and even to big. This is my 2nd time returning for a different pair hoping they will fit my original pair fits.

I’m convinced these are FAKE!!! They bend up at the toe and the sole is way thinner then other uggs I’ve purchase from ugg directly. I DNT RECOMMEND PURCHASING UGGS FROM ZAPPIS!

I recently bought these Ugg's for my niece, and let me tell you the fabric is so thin and cheap. If you grab a pen, I'm sure you can poke through them. I've always bought Ugg's for myself when the weather changes and never have I received so cheap pair of boots.

I bought these shoes in beige and the fur was damaged. It was not at all as soft as I expected and the shoes were not true to color. I bought these directly from the site expecting them to be top quality but I was greatly disappointed.

I received the correct size Uggs for my grandson on Tuesday, December 31 and delivered them to him on Wednesday, January 1, 2020. He was very happy to have his new Uggs, a Christmas present from me and his Papa. He wore them to school for two days, January 2nd and 3rd. I just visited this morning, January 4th and my daughter showed me the boots. The piping around the toe is all worn and frayed ! I thought she was showing me his old pair but it is plain to see by the shearling that the boots are new with minimal wear. I am returning these boots for a full refund!!
