Unfortunately, this nicely constructed, stylish bag has a finish on it that immediately wore off. Lightly used for a couple of weeks, and can't believe the wear on it. I can't even imagine how crummy and tired it will look after a couple of months. This isn't a leather patina. This is just the actual finish wearing off. Such a shame and less than helpful customer service from Hammitt.

It is a beautiful bag but I don’t get why it’s so pricey. It came in a plastic Amazon bag thrown on my front door step. It wasn’t boxed or packaged nicely like I would expect for a handbag that I would invest in. It got 3 stars for being a cute bag but it really gets one for presentation and price. Not pleased with the way it was shipped at all. Disappointing and...well....meh.

I bought this bag (VIP large) to have something fashionable to carry my yogabook tablet in.. in the description it says 11.5" and my yogabook is 10" but the opening of the main compartment has a 9.5" opening. I also bought the 110 North wallet. I had a cheap Buffway minimalist wallet because I only carry the essentials in my old purse. I thought if I bought the 110 wallet I could fit everything in it that I couldn't fit in my old wallet. Although I had to keep my cash in a separate pocket in my old purse I did find it convenient to be able to put cash in my new wallet.. that being said thank God they also sent me a free card holder. I actually had to TAKE OUT some cards and put them in this card holder because when I put everything in the 110 it DID close but I was scared the magnets that hold the wallet together weren't strong enough to KEEP it closed. And with my 110 wallet and my keys in the purse ONLY it doesn't quite lay like in the pictures. I have to consciously lay it over. But I understand thats what you get with EXTRA luxuriously soft leather? And it DOES NOT fit my cell phone like the illustration demonstrates in the designated "cell phone pocket" .. it sticks out about about 3/4 inch.. I have a Samsung S20+.. with all that being said I do love the design, feel, and size... I just wanted others to know how the fit was FOR ME.. I am still on the fence about keeping the bag because of the main factor of it not fitting my SUPER SLIM 10" laptop.. but I do love the wallet and definitely will be keeping it which is why I can only give it 4 out of 5 stars atm..

I purchased the VIP large bag in black with the red zipper. I love it! It was my second Hammitt bag purchase. The first I returned because it was too small. You must be organized with this bag! My wallet is too big for the bag, so I'll be ordering a new wallet. I felt the crossbody strap was too thin so I've ordered a wider one from the Hammitt company. Love the soft feeling of the leather.

VIP large is a sharp looking bag! Love how lightweight it is and that I can wear it as a shoulder or crossbody bag or carry as a clutch. Only complaint is that I wish it was slightly wider bc most of the time I have to stack my items. Keep making and selling the wider straps with it too!

This bag is beautiful & classy. I absolutely love it. It's easy to use & is just the right size. The leather is so soft & the red zipper adds just the right touch to the whole look. It is my favorite for sure.

I love this handbag! It is the perfect size for travel and held everything I needed for my epic road trip to the Bad Lands, SD, Montana, and Wyoming! Of course I had my Daniel Large with me as well for all of the airport travel! Love them both!

Had my eye on this for awhile and finally decided to treat myself. It's the perfect size for my wallet, makeup, glasses, phone and more! I'm getting the wallet next!

I bought this so I can carry crossbody instead of on one shoulder. Great size! It's comfortable and sooo pretty!

I'm hoping someone at customer service can help me. I had color transfer from denim onto the bag. I tried to clean it and pretty much ruined it. Looking for a way to restore it. I'm devastated. I just bought a month ago :(

Purchased the VIP large after receiving the VIP medium which was a tad too small. Everything about this bag is perfect; buttery soft leather, design and everyday functional!

I have 3 Hammitt products and I love them all! My favorite so far is the Large VIP in Black/brushed gold red zip. I have gotten so many compliments and love how versatile Hammitt products are. Thank you!

My first "large" sized Hammitt bag, which in Hammitt-world is still not so big...But large enough for my Hammitt wallet, sunglasses, brush, makeup bag, etc. Really a gorgeous bag with a stunning color combo. Glad I got the large. Inside is thoughtful and so well done. I would buy it again just for the amazing packing it comes in!

First I need to tell you that when I opened the box the was a very nice sturdy box that had the bag inside it. The bag was in its dust cover. The leather is very buttery soft and the lining is ver rich. The bag holds more than I thought and it fits nicely in my work tote! My cell phone, that has a thick case, fits in the back slip pocket with room for my lipstick! The are two magnets that holds the flap of the bag. I also loved the handwritten note and the free candle!

Unbelievable! The customer service, the packaging, and my goodness...the quality and craftsmanship is heavenly! I received the VIP Large Black with gun metal. And it's gorgeous! Got the 110 North wallet black with gun metal...wow! I'm a Hammitt woman for life! Already planning my next purchase!

Love this bag! It is exactly what I’ve been looking for. It great for every day. The leather is nice and the red zipper is such a nice touch. I already have had several compliments from friends and coworkers and have only been using it a week.

Wow! This bag is drop-dead gorgeous and a feast for the senses! Buttery-soft leather and classy gunmetal accents. The size is perfect - not too big and not too small; just right for carrying what I need. The design is almost architectural, with pockets built seamlessly into all the right places. I love the deep pocket on the outside back. Just the right size to conceal and safely carry a phone. I ordered this last night and received it today! As always, Zappos delivers!

Love this bag! Shade of olive green is lighter than displayed. I get compliments every time I use it. Only set back is there is no internal pocket with zipper. Would definitely by this brand again;)

Love the size and the feel of this bag but the moon color is definitely a blue versus a gray. Won't tie with my gray shoes or boots

I want to warn people not to take your Hammitt bag to be cleaned. I bought the Pewter Brushed Silver Crossbody and after one season, I took it to a reputable cleaner. When I picked it up the finish was ruined. It felt rough instead of smooth. It didn't looks good and it was ruined. I called Hammitt directly and they said they could not do anything since it should not have been cleaned. I liked it so much that I actually bought another one...although I was not happy that I inadvertently ruined the first one. I am sending this as a warning to others. Don't take your bag in to be cleaned!

Been saving up for bag . Only wore it for less than hour for two days. The lighter color comes off way too easy. Few water droplet already changes the color. Customer service is basically " sorry , not sorry. Not going to be able to do anything for ya." Don't recommend it if you're the kind of person who loves longevity and durability in a purse . Definitely won't last like a LOuis Vuitton or Brahim.

This bag was made better than your top designers! In fact, all Hammitt Bags are top notch! I carry Hammitt more than my Burberry and Coach bags! This bag is so very pretty! I did, however send this one back as it didn't hold enough for my style and I retuned for the Bryant. Black with red zipper and Gold! I wanted a smaller bag that had more room and the Bryant did that for me! This is my 5th bag from Hammitt, 2 wallets and love them all. Not going to be my last! Eyeing the Daniel :)
