This is a great Matt. My knees no longer experience discomfort when in several positions. It is soft and firm simultaneously. No slipping on the floor no sliding on the mat.

Love the thickness for older bones and its made so well.

it took me more than two months to decide to buy this mat. My doubts were: the price, the weight, the grip. After about a month of use, I can say that this mat is worth more than it costs! Its actually too heavy to carry around, so I dont recommend it to people who move around often, but the support it provides, the feeling of stability and also the grip (before using it, I did the suggested treatment with salt, and continuous use improves the grip day after day) are ten and praise. I love it because it protects my sore joints (arthritis) and makes me feel safe and stable. And then the color is gorgeous!

Love the color, and thickness. It is slippery thought. I cured with salt per instructions, but still does not have the grip I'm used to. I'm not a sweater either, so not sure why it's slick.

I really love the extra length and extra thickness for comfort and a sense of being held through my practice.

It took me a lot of time to invest so much in my yoga mat and it's safe to confirm that it is the wisest decision I've taken for my fitness journey off late. The mat did not take any breaking-in for me and I was able to practice yoga/pilates/strength training on it right-away. I'm loving the mat and my husband is already trying to steal it from me :)

Was looking for a new mat, that would not slide on hardwood. This one was one of the few recommended by a lot of people, so even though I found it pricey, decided to risk it. It is, indeed, sticking to hardwood quite nicely, the only way to move it is to, maybe, kick from the side, but that's definitely not something that would happen during normal workouts. I also do enjoy the larger side, which decreases potential risks of doing certain exercises on hardwood. So far I am pretty pleased with the purchase.

I've had this mat for a year and can't recommend it enough. It's decently heavy--the heaviest yoga mat you'll come across, but that's because it's the most durable, most comfortable and most reliable. No problems with slippage, plan to keep this for life.

I purchased this to replace a Manduka Pro mat that Ive had forever, 25+/- years. My old mat is still in great condition, I wanted the luxury of a longer mat. Simply the best mat available

Hard slippery mat. Very disappointed that the most expensive mat is so unfriendly. Only usable with a towel on top of it.
