This is my second Pro mat so clearly I love it!

I am so happy with my new yoga mat! I'm surprised by how heavy it is, but it provides a solid base.

I love this mat!!

Great quality.

It is a very good mat, generous in size and beautiful in color (buoy). It is slippery in the very beginning, but, just as the description says, once you start practicing on it, it adapts to your own body and needs. It is already my second Manduka mat, after buying a travel one, and Im happy with both choices.

Very comfortable! Firm but soft. Good size. In the beginning a little slippery but getting better.

I have read reviews and decided to purchase Pro mat, however even after Salt scrubbing and daily practice for 2 weeks it is very slippery. I couldnt focus on yoga practice instead all I was thinking about it try not to fall during the practice. I was thinking of purchasing Adapt mat, but I dont like rubbery squeaky mats. I have requested a phone call as I have more questions than chat robot can answer and keeps re referring me. Please help, I need a proper guidance.

very slippery even after the salt but im hoping it will get better in time

I love this mat. I bought one for myself, then one for my husband, and this is my third pro - I bought it for my son. It takes some breaking in, but then it is perfect.

Good quality but still extremely slippery.

I had to switch out this Mat 15 minutes into my hot yoga practice. I could not hold a grip and my feet constantly slipped out from under me. I follow the instructions to a T with prepping this mat before using it. I also have emailed customer service about returning this mat and have not heard back from them...

So slippery

Ive had a very bad experience so far. I could not solve the problem of slipping and very low grip. Ive done the salt treatment twice without satisfying results. Im thinking of reselling the mat as my Ashtanga yoga practice is totally affected by thinking of not falling. I had very high expectations from a 154 euro mat. Any suggestions to solve this problem?

Great color and love the length

I use a manduka prolite xl since 2016 very intensively.Even though it is not worn off I switched to the xl mat pro. The additional length and width of the pro mat xl (and the 6mm thickness) makes it feel like an SUV-mat :-). Of cource it will take some weeks to brak the mat in

I love this Pro mat and the Elderberry color. Very pretty and calming. I have used and loved my Jade mat for 20 years. I always wanted to try Manduka as well but I had no reason to replace my reliable beloved Jade. I finally retired her and now Im attached to this beautiful Manduka mat after just 2 weeks. I was worried about the proverbial break in time. But I did not find it slippery from the beginning (maybe barely). Perhaps a beginner yogi would until they get stronger in their poses. Ive only used 6 or 8 times so far and find no need for a salt bath. Im planning on loving this mat for my next 20 years of yoga (Im mid 60s). So happy I chose this mat.

A bit slippery for intense practices like Ashtanga Yoga and heavy to carry - overall better than most yoga mats

Perfect amount of cushion! Slips a bit in the beginning but excited to break it in :)

So far so good. Really like the stability it gives while also having enough softness to be comfortable.
