I absolutely love the Pro yoga mat 6mm! The texture provides perfect traction, keeping me stable in every posture. The mat is sturdy and thick enough to protect my knees, yet still lightweight enough to carry around. Love it!

Love the color and working on optimizing the grip. The cushions d stability is great.

I just wanted a new Mat, and the Solstice is unique in its looks of the 50/50 colors.

best thick supportive mat among other options. it is a bit slippery at first and needs a break in period.

My review is more on the company than the product. The Manduka Pro mat is a great mat. It will last a long time. It is also over priced and the lifetime warranty is a farce. I ordered this mat to replace another eight year old Manduka Pro that had become slippery in just two spots at each end of the mat. It had become dangerous to use. After initiating a warranty claim and after some back and forth communication Manduka found a reason not to replace my mat. I had been adding tea tree oil to my cleaning solution. Which they do not recommend for some reason, even though every one else recommends it to combat bacteria. I bought a new mat from them anyway because the mat is good for a longer period than any other mat out there but once it wears out just know that you will probably have to buy a new one.

This mat is so unbelievably slippery and disappointing. I originally purchased it because of reviews stating that it had great grip. Ive followed the instructions and scrubbed it with salt several times and have additionally wiped it down. For the fact that this mat is $140+ this is outrageous.

The yoga mat was a gift for my daughter. It turned out to be too slippery. She returned it yesterday. I am waiting on my refund. Thank you for your customer care.

The mat is nice but it is very heavy. I wasnt expecting that.

It is extremely slippery - for hands and feet. I feel extremely unstable and all of my limbs are sliding around.

As a long time practitioner of yoga, thankfully I found Manduka mats early on. It's been the only mats I've ever used, I've seen many others along the journey, for me Manduka is the only ones I'll ever use. For durability and feeling secure during practice. This new color is wonderful

Im really disappointed that a yoga mat costing over $100 doesnt include a carrying bag. Even much cheaper mats from Walmart come with one! I had high expectations for Manduka given the price, but this feels like a huge oversight. If I had known, I wouldnt have purchased itdefinitely not worth the money when something so basic is missing.

This is my third Manduka mat. I have always had the extended length but got the standard this time. I love the thickness and support and once it's broken in, it's not as slippery. I'd go with the extended length next time.

Bought this as a gift! Looks great, feels great. Excited to give this as a Birthday gift!

I want to love this mat so badly! But it is so so slippery, almost dangerously so as soon as I break even the slightest sweat. I tried salting and scrubbing it as recommended several times but it is still so slippery. Ive heard that the more you practice on it the better it gets, but at this point I cant even practice on it to break it in

I love my mat. It was slippery when I first received it. I put sea salt on it and let it sit for the day. Its better now but, still a little slippery. I practice hot yoga and use the yogi toes. I dont want to use the yogi toes anymore. Maybe I will salt one more time. Unless there is a better way?

I love my new yoga mat. I'm a new practioner and the mat is a step up for me, Thank you Manduka for making this product.

Love this color it sets my mood to calm as soon as I roll this out and get started. Its a lovely visual and calming color. The thickness is nice. I would have a hard time carrying it if I left the house with this though its heavy. I assume a strap or bag would work but I only use in home practice and workouts so its perfect. Replacing my old mat that was ruined in the hurricane. It was the first item I was really sad to lose in the hurricane because I truly love this mat. Its my home gym. A whole lot cheaper than a membership! So I added the towel and mat spray for my new home gym. In love with these products!

This is a wonderful mat! Previously I used two mats. Not any more---- this mat is great, plenty of support on the knees. I am tall with long legs..... this mat is perfect! I can sit in the middle and stretch a leg each way without being off the mat! The grip is perfect on the feet - no sliding at all! I'm into my third year and over 60, this was recommended and I'm so glad I ordered. It will not disappoint.

Love my 6mm 85inch manduka mat! Even though Im only 5ft 7inches Im glad I chose the longer mat because I can place my laptop or tablet at the very front and still have plenty of space to place my yogitoes towel (which I love also btw) its pretty easy to clean, I used the refresher spray sold by manduka which smells nice as well and a dry towel and just wipe it off. I originally ordered the straps to carry my mat around but figured Id rather keep everything together so I also ordered the 3.0 travel bag and I cant wait to receive it! The mat might be a little slippery if being used without a yogitoes towel but in the past Ive owned a manduka mat and used it with no yogitoes towel and remember it being pretty grippy. The mat has inspired me in my practice to do 2 yogas a day which has never happened before. Excited to keep using my mat and keep breaking it in! Thanks manduka!

Thiss an additional mat for my sister who uses it mainly for her ultra slow runs as her workout. The 6mm pro mat works just fine as an insulation.

Ive salted in multiple times, and tried additional methods to make it not slippery. Nothing has worked yet. Needless to say, that is quite annoying. The mat otherwise seems solid.

I love my manduka pro mat! I use it for yoga and weight training. It has gotten a really great grip with more use but I didnt do anything other than use it to make that happen. I would buy this mat over and again but between my toddler and cat its holding up really well and I think this will last me a very long time. A really great product and Im glad I purchased it.
