Nice shoe but not as Hoka like as I thought it would be. I mostly wear them to the gym. The shoe is a little to frim not enough of the Hoka feel.

Shoes pinched the size of my feet. Why is there no width-per-model information ... seems like the width sizing is a gamble ...

They were just OK, not up to my expectations based on other Hokas. Not as comfortable as the Cliftons or Bondis I had worn previously. I returned then and got another pair of Cliftons.

Too narrow! I really love the structure of the Hoka sole and wanted these shoes to fit for an everyday supportive shoe. Plus they're just a great looking shoe. But they're just too narrow. And I've never worn "wide" shoes. 1-2mm more would be perfect. Please fix this Hoka!!

Nice looking style . But the fit was very tight around the upper. After wearing the Cavu which fits perfectly and is so comfortable the Hupana was a big disappointment.

I got the "blackened pearl / kumquat". The color is way lighter than pictured. It's way more of a silver/gray and salmon color. Not really impressed with the representation of color, but, will give them a try anyway.

I really want to love these shoes but the edge of the insole has caused blisters on both arches. I had read other reviews saying some people had issues with the arch being too high on this shoe but that's not the issue with mine.

Bought these for casual use. They are a bit narrow and the upper is quite stiff leading to some discomfort at the bend in at the base of my big toe.

Hoka's are great for sole support, but for width comfort - they suck! I won't be ordering anymore Hoka's until they offer more than 1 width size, it's ridiculous they don't.

While this is a good first version of a shoe that has great potential Hoka misses the mark with a canvas tent upper and sizing matrix that defies logic. Making a 1/2 sz change in this shoe is no small issue. A small size change results in significant variations in fit (both length and width). Much more so than any of their other models. The online size comparison chart (even when using other Hoka's as a reference) should be replaced with something more precise. Fortunately Hoka's exchange and return policy make it easier to order different sizes to get the fit right. Looking forward to seeing of Hoka can get it right on version 2 of this shoe.

This shoe runs narrow. I purchased a 9.5 because that is what I wear and these were too big. Felt like there was no support at all. Customer service is a joke. If you are going to spend the kind of money this company wants for their shoes I suggest buying another brand.

Normally wear size 11 with the Clifton. This shoe is easily a size too big. definitely not a shoe for anyone over 200lbs. The tongue also ripped out just after a few months. Can see the shoe only to be used with short quick sprints but that's it for me.

I am new to Hoka shoes with my first pair being the Stinson ATR 5 for light trail walking and hiking. Absolutely love my Stinsons, but I wanted something not so colorful for work, so I wanted to give these shoes a try. I like the look of them and an initial wear of them felt comfortable. The cushion is not as stout as the Stinsons, but certainly very comfortable. Given this I took the shoes with me on a work trip and unfortunately I've discovered that the left shoe rubs painfully on the top of my little toe. I'm actually still on the trip, and this is the only pair of shoes I have with me, so I spend all day trying to readjust my foot to lessen the pain. I have a return in the works, and given reviews I am confident Hoka will be easy to work with in this process. I do hope Hoka will keep working to design simple, clean styles. I considered the Hupana EM in this regard, but was concerned that it has the least amount of padding, since I have plantar fasciitis.

I purchased these shoes on Hoka's website and anxiously awaited delivery. These were my first pair of HOKA's. Once I received them, visually they were exactly what I expected. Once I put them on my feet, I was extremely disappointed. Prior to purchase I read a few reviews that said "too narrow" which I conveniently ignored. Don't let the ultra good looks and perceived superior brand quality and fit, obscure your decision to buy this model. DO NOT BUY, if you have a normal to wide foot. You will be $100+ poorer and as disappointed as I am.

Nice looking and length OK, but too narrow and toe box too tight. I returned the shoes.
