Cute to look at but STIFF as a baseball. Also the glitter was all over the floor and my fingers when trying them on. No comfort for me. Had to return.

A co-worker had these shoes and I thought they looked so cute. Cute is about all they have going for them. I found them to be quite uncomfortable, hard to get on (even with the zipper) and a little snug in the wrong places. I popped these right back in the box and returned them. Not a good fit on so many levels for me.

I ordered the gunmetal which is very cute and stylish. However, it's also very stiff and no warmth usually found with an UGG. Not as well made as most UGGs, maybe just the gunmetal material. I had to return.

Had to return them. Even though they seemed to fit in foot bed, I couldn’t get the zipper zipped. I do have a narrow foot w high arch but this seemed a bit weird. They are also shorten than many high tops. Disappointed. Still gonna try to find black leather high tops.

Cute shoe but I needed far more support than these provided. Couldn’t fit orthotics in them comfortably. Had to return.

Number one reason I ordered these shoes (Wed afternoon) is bc Zappo's quick delivery. I needed a nice walking shoes for unexpected trip to Vegas. Well, Zappos failed. I even spoke to someone on the phone and was told "delivery next day by the end of the day". Sad to say, we left for Vegas without my shoes bc they shipped/arrived a day latter. When it comes to comfort and looks, well, they are UGGs, so not much arch support, and kind of ugly. Size and with True. But, beauty is pain! ??

I got charcoal. Everything was ok with the shoe. They are OK. They are just sneakers. I took a size 10, and they feel just a tad bit more comfy but since I plan to wear socks it will be OK, Now the SAD part. 1) No original UGG box. 2) No second pair of laces, as described in both photos and item description. I WANT THE SECOND PAIR OF LACES. I travelled 200 km to pick up these shoes. 3) Piece of food inside (heel part). Something resembling crushed chili pepper and tomato sauce that fell off a pizza, dried on the floor, hasn't been picked up, was left to dry, got onto a sweaty owner's foot, got into my charcoal sneakers, and got sent to me. GROSS. 4) These shoes have been on someone. I wiped the soles, and they have been worn. Either their house floor was filthy or they just went out for a quick stroll outside. Zappos, this is unacceptable. If you do not plan to sell everything that should come with the product, then buyers deserve to know. Ebay and Amazon have little things like "new without box / used-good-as-new / missing __________" to accurately describe the item being sold. This is what you get with an "amazing return policy". Many unsatisifed customers who are unlucky enough to get these "leftovers". I WISH I ORDERED THESE FROM NORDSTROM RACK! Thanks god I didn't go ahead and order an expensive bag. I imagine it would be in worse condition than bags inside ROSS' in Las Vegas.
