Super cute/ comfy sneaker boots. Loved everything but the laces. They were a pinkish color. I returned because I wasn’t into the color of the laces and like the chestnut color better.

I ordered an 11 based on the fact that I wear an 11 sneaker in New Balance, my go to sneaker. I was excited to try something new. The quality was very nice, but the shoe was way too wide, especially in the heel. I tried to lace a little tighter but it didn’t help.

Very cute shoes but they're not 100% leather. The front part of the shoe is some sort of textile and somewhat stiff.

Love this sneaker! It’s cute and stylish. I have wide feet and this did not feel too tight at all. My feet did start to hurt after an all day wear but that won’t stop me from wearing them. Maybe some insoles will help. Overall, I love this show and so glad to have it in my collection!

Very comfortable and practical. Totally disagree with needing to go up a half size. My regular size fit perfectly.

Very cute shoes & true to size. Only negative is they are a little narrow in the toe box.

Definitely order half a size up. I bought a pair in my usual size back in May. They were a bit tight but I figured the leather would stretch and I'd be fine. 7 months later I'm coming back to Zappos to order these half a size larger, because these are just uncomfortably small. FYI they are slightly narrower than standard too. Other than the sizing being a bit off, these shoes RULE!

I LOVE this black Ugg Olive shoe! I bought a similar Ugg style a few years ago, BUT back then I didn't KNOW that Ugg shoes run REALLY SMALL! I bought them too small last time & ended up having to give them away. So, this time (after buying a few different pairs/styes), I KNEW what size I wear in Ugg--and they ONLY work for me when Ugg offers HALF SIZES! I normally wear a size 6 or 6.5, but in Ugg, I wear a 7.5! This is especially true of any winter boot/shoe because I want room to wear thicker warm socks. I put in a 3/4 women's shoe insert for better arch support, also. There is a nice wide toe area in this shoe--yay! I highly recommend you go up at least a 1/2 size or more. I love the zipper on these shoes/easy on & off. The leather does seem a bit softer/thinner than the previous version of these, but I still LOVE THEM!!! They are very comfortable.

I really liked these but I am in between sizes. The shoe was comfortable and cute - love the side zip so that once you get the laces tightened up you never have to tie them again! Wish they fit me properly!

Funny that some people are saying these shoes felt narrow because I have the flattest feet and these are extremely comfortable to me. That never happens! So despite the fact that I don't love the look (I'm considering changing the laces and removing the metal lace plate - maybe that will help downplay them a bit), I'm keeping because these are going to be great alternatives to my uggly Ugg boots that I love-hate when the weather is cold but not too cold/snowy. The best part is the zip up because who (who has a toddler and has to take her shoes on and off all day) has time to deal with laces?

These run very small. The size 10 were tight and not comfortable. Maybe a little too narrow. Great style though.

You have to order a 1/2 size larger. I ordered a 9 but had to send it back for a 91/2.

The plastic zipper get stuck, the glitter falls off and it felt narrow on the front.

The zipper on the side is great for easy entry once you have the lace up the way you want. Nice leather and would have been more comfortable but the toe box was slightly narrow and the length felt slightly short. I wear a size 10 in all my shoes and don't have a fit problem. The Taos shoe in similar style fit me better.
