I absolutely love these high tops!!! I really appreciate the zipper, as I'm wheelchair bound and it makes putting on/taking off my shoes super easy!!! Love the grey color!!!

I am so in love with this shoe! I arrived home late to my awesome Zappos delivery... changed into my yoga pants and and tried them on... then proceeded to do my laundry in them because I didn't want to take them off! They are absolutely adorable and stylish... and super comfy. I am going to order the black (I got the white) because I think I'll live in them this winter. I'm in a fairly dry climate so we don't have ice and snow very often. They wouldn't be great for those kind of conditions since the leather is so soft. But for a dry cold day... paired with jeans or joggers... super fun, stylish and very comfortable right out to the box. I've never looked so adorable doing my laundry.

My shoe size varies between at 6.5-7.5 so I was pretty unsure of what size to order. I ended up finding a size chart with cm measurements and measured the length of my foot, which put me at a 7. The 7 fits great! The shoes do fit a little tighter towards the ankle, which works in my case. They have a sight cushion to them but nothing super supportive. My shoes did not come with the white and grey laces shown but instead came with a solid grey, which I actually prefer. Overall, I am happy with my purchase!

Super soft leather, the side zip actually opens all the way up, unlike the Ecco, so you can actually slip your foot in. However, the area right below the toes is still too narrow, as in the Ecco as well. My foot is not considered narrow yet the fashion high tops run narrow at that point. I ordered a size larger hoping that would help, it did not.

I was a little hesitant to buy because of other reviews saying it felt narrow. My feet are of average width, and these fit fine. Perhaps the expectation from UGGs is that they would be wide. I'm my estimation, if I had to compare them with anything else, I'd say they fit just like my converse chucks. The leather is soft and it feels like it is already stretching. Very comfortable straight out of the box. Love them.

I've had loads of compliments on these. Width can be adjusted with the laces but the zip makes them oh so easy to pull on. They are so cute and stylish and even made my size 9 feet look small (according to my husband) so I was ready to give an undiluted 5 stars but after wearing them once - and not walking very far - the rubber started flaking. I'm not sure if this will stop once I've worn them a ton which I will but I was surprised by what happened around the sole. So that'd be my only comment. Otherwise I love them.

The shoe is super cute and excellent quality but feels a half size too small . I normally wear an 10. I loved it so much I returned the 10 for an 11 but that was too big. Great shoe but didn't work for my foot. When will shoe companies start making half sizes past a 10?

Very cute. I ordered the size suggested on this website even though I new I was probably a half-size smaller. I should have gone with my instincts because they were too big. When I went to reorder, they were out of stock.

These are super cute!! I actually loved them in person more than the pictures. I recently had foot surgery, so the zipper was PERFECT to get my foot in that can't really bend yet. The shoe does feel a little short though--about half a size.

Since there is no way to alter or modify a previous review, I had to write a new one. You can see my review from April 21st. Within matter of hours, Zappos customer service representative assisted me. Being from Canada, where everything is outsourced - including your local customer service calls - it was very important for me to know that their customer service is based within United States and that I am speaking to someone who understand what i am saying and vice versa. Cheers to that. I got the explanation as to why some shoes come without the original box and why the laces were missing. Some companies ship it to Zappos without boxes. I ordered 4 more pairs of UGG Olives and Starlyns from various places and 2 came without the box while 2 came with. I guess with UGG you can't say. As for the piece of crushed chilli pepper found in the shoe - the place where the shoe was tried on the first time was not very clean. Shoes may have been set aside waiting to be returned. Not ideal for the person who gets them next, but you can't please everyone (you are not pizza!). The customer service rep went on to give me a deep discount in order to get the laces I want online. It was more than I expected, given I was only after 1 pair of laces. Overall, great customer service indeed. I was skeptical. We, in Canada, do not have awesome deals or customer service, so when something goes wrong we panic like it is the end of the world. I am new to Zappos, to online purchasing, and to retail exposure of this kind. US is lucky to have Zappos/6pm!

I bought these for work. I bought them in white also. I love them. I’ve worn them them almost every day now, on concrete, for the past year. The outsides are still great. The inside cushioning is starting to break down and my feet are beginning to hurt halfway through my shift now. I am going to look into inserts or getting another pair. Not sure which will work best. I’d recommended these. They are great looking and comfortable.

This is my fourth pair, I have two pairs of the black along with the fawn and I just ordered the white! Obviously I love these shoes and I find them s comfortable directly out of the box. These are always my go to shoes for comfort and long distance walking??

I just got these and I am in love. I ordered a 1/2 size up like reviews said. I love these shows. They are so pretty and sparkly. They are so comfortable also!

I ordered a 1/2 size up the first time based on other reviews and it was HUGE! Just go with your regular size.

These are so cute and sparkly! The tongue/top part of the shoe is weird, very stiff and almost like plastic feeling but I imagine that’s because of the glitter and the other colors probably aren’t like that. Willing to put up with the weirdness because these look so good. Definitely does not seem like these would do well getting wet.

These run narrow for UGGs, which works for me because I have narrow feet. I wore them all day right out of the box. No break-in necessary. And I got tons of compliments!

I have had these shoes for several weeks, and I absolutely love them. Not only are they stylish and super cute, but they are also so comfortable! I could wear them all day. I have reveived so many compliments. I have several pair of Uggs, and I wear the same size in all of them. For me, the fit is true to size.

I ordered the 8.5 and the 9. Am keeping the 9. Even though it does feel a bit narrow, I am thinking the leather will stretch. The style itself is adorable and the zipper makes it so easy to put on.

These are super cute and I absolutely love them. The one downside is they are tight, I would call them more of a narrow fit, I returned the original size I ordered and went a half size up and now they are perfect! They are so comfortable and go with jeans, shorts, skirts and dresses.

Love the style of this shoe but unfortunately I will be returning due to being too narrow and just overall lack of comfort with no arch support and they also rub around the ankles.

Best high top sneaker. So adorable on my feet. Very comfortable.
