Oh, here's the deal: they're wide in front but narrow in the back (and are built on a sole that tapers toward the back, not the usual wide-all-over Birkenstock footprint). So if you have wide *heels* these might not work for you. But if the wide part of your foot is in the front, they should fit.

These Birkenstock Lolas are now my favorite shoes!!! Amazingly comfortable. I have pretty high arches and my feet tend to turn in, so I love that the arch support keeps my feet from turning in. The arch support along w the sunken heel bed and comfortable toe area make this footbed super comfortable. These are more stylish and less clunky than some of the other Birks with the very large, wide toe that makes it look like you're wearing clown shoes. Please Birkenstock, make more elegant-looking styles such as this! The VIONIC brand also has amazing footbed very similar to Birks and has cute styles -- check it out.

Cute shoes but boy is the sizing way off! I always wear an 8.5 (39) and Narrow width. I sized down to a 38 per the previous reviews so the length was ok but if these were narrows, I would hate to see the wides! I could have put both feet in one shoe! Back they go...

The size is overly generous. I normally wear 7 1/2 which translates to 38 (7-71/2.) It is at least half size too long. The shoe is cute so I'm hoping the 37 will fit. I'll review on comfort when I get the right size.

Super comfortable and super cute! I was hesitant to order these as they stated they are narrow, as I have wide feet, but they fit amazing! And they are not clunky like my other Birkies. The heel is around an inch and it is classy enough to wear with dresses, cropped pants, or casual with jeans and shorts. I highly recommend.

This is my second review for this shoe. I liked the coral nubuck so much, I ordered the shoe in every color. I kept the sand nubuck. It's not my favorite color, but it's a nice neutral. The leather ones in black and brown are going back because the leather is very scratchy. I only really like Birks in silky suede or nubuck. I should give up on ordering the leather ones. I'm normally a 9 1/2 or a size 40 regular in Birkenstocks. I like 'em loose. Personally, I do not think you should a size down. Order your regular size so the footbed hits you in the right place. I did have my normal 1/4 inch of footbed showing all around my foot, like in normal Birks, but that does not bother me. My recommendation is to order your normal size and one size down, and send back the pair you don't like, since everyone's preferences are different. My preference is for my normal size Birkenstock.

I have high arches and plantar fasciitis, and I wear Birkenstock's daily to keep my feet happy, and these sandals have been great! They are stylish and have great arch support.

Very stylish and super comfortable sandals. Great arch and heel support. These are my new favorite Disney sandals! My feet didn’t ache after a 14 hour day at the parks.

The sizing is off - I typically wear a 41 (10-10.5) and the leather across footbed was much too generous. I don't have a narrow foot and so this was a surprise. Otherwise, the shoe is really comfortable and cute. I'm going to try a 40 and hope it works.

Very comfortable to wear and it was easy to break in. I’ve been wearing it for couple months and i had no issues about it.

This style fits me one size larger than my other Birkenstocks. I’m usually a 36, but need a 37 in the Lola. The sand color is a great neutral. I have these in black also and love them both. It’s great to have sandals that are super comfortable and also nice enough to wear to work with dressier outfits.

I never write reviews. I have a bad bunion on my left foot that's worse than the one on my right, narrow feet (except for the bunions), and very high arches. I've been having a lot of trouble with my left foot after years of running. My podiatrist told me to wear Fitflop for the summer, and I tried them and they felt weird and made my feet sweaty. Then I tried these at a Birkenstock's store. They were so comfortable from the moment I put them on that I wore them out of the store and walked for 5 hours in NYC, no problem. This never happens for me. Usually everything fits the right foot, and nothing fits around the bunion on the left. The style of these shoes accommodates the bunion no problem. The foot bed is similar to the regular Birkenstock foot bed but because there's a slight heel, they work BETTER for me than the regular ones. So I immediately bought another color on Zappos, and I've been wearing those pretty much non-stop since. I've gotten tons of compliments, and with my feet that doesn't happen much! I'll probably just suck it up money wise and stock up on a couple more pairs, because when I find something that works, it's a miracle. I wanted to write this for those women out there who might have the same foot issues, and I hope it's helpful! The only downside to the shoes is that the dye on the leather rubs off a bit on your foot, but I really could care less because they're like walking on clouds!

I got these in a 38 rather than the 39 that I usually get Birkinstocks in. They are very comfortable straight out of the box and look cute, too! The leather is just a bit stiff, but didn't give me any blisters during the first few wearings.

My feet have never been happier! I have a very high arch and cute little sandals make my feet like they're breaking in half. These guys give me an inch of height, are cute and professional enough, and give my arches so much love. I've worn them every day this summer.

Went with a 39 after reading reviews to size down. They fit perfectly in the foot bed and are very supportive. The strap is a little short; I'm wearing mine on the second to last hole. Had them shipped to work. Put them on immediately upon arrival and promptly received multiple compliments on them. 100% would recommend for a fashionable, comfortable, and durable sandal.

While searching by my size for sandals, found this cute neutral wedge. Didn't know Birkenstock made narrow width shoes, so decided to try it. Should have trusted my instincts! This might be really comfortable, if I wore a medium width. But the straps did not come in contact with my 9N foot at any point. Might be a 5 star for others, but a no go for me. So glad Zappos makes returns easy.

These are super cute and would be comfortable, BUT they are not for wide feet. I've only worn them a few times since buying them and I keep almost tipping over because my feet spill over the edge. Sad!

Wanted these to work but my very narrow foot could not keep them on. If they had some kind of strap on the back they may have worked. I couldn’t keep them on my feet when walking. Normally a size 9 in other shoes but am a 39 in Birkenstock’s.

These are cute- but the leather cross straps are hard and would take a while to work in to be comfortable.

I wanted to love these shoes. I have tried this brand and size before without any issues. However, i guess this version might be a little wider in the straps on top of the toe box area of the foot. They were very cute but I will have to keep trying to find something to fit my very narrow, long foot.

I love the style of this sandal--the low heel and two colors made it super appealing to me. But I was worried about the ankle strap rubbing if I walked any real distance. I have a wider foot and the shoe was just comfortable width-wise. I could see it'd be loose on true narrow feet. The sizing didn't seem terribly off to me length-wise. I've worn a 37 in Birkenstocks before, and that would have been the right size here too. Perhaps a smidge too long, but that's all; the 36 definitely felt too small.

I was worried these would look to "Birkenstock-y" for work. I bought the silver/nude and they are perfect. I tried 8 other pairs of silver sandals before these. Two people complimented me the first morning I wore them. The leather is stiff like all Birks when you first put them on, but after a couple wears, very nice. Sturdy and well made. Which they came in more colors with the white sole which maybe is what maybe them seem a bit dressier. The heel height is perfect. Highly recommend.

For years, I’ve been trying to find a work sandal that’s casual, that can be dressed up, if needed (high school art teacher here). I had high hopes for these Lolas, but they unfortunately do not have not enough comfort nor enough holes in the leather strap to securely fit around my ankles. I’m a DIY-er and could totally do this myself to get the right fit, but I’m not willing to do that for the price of just an average feeling sandal. I have a narrow foot and average ankles/legs, so I’m not quite sure who these would fit correctly, but that person isn’t me. And the search continues...
