I love Birkenstock, I have worn them for 20 years. I wanted to love theses shoes but the toe Box was too wide and no matter how tight I made the ankle strap my foot was falling out of the shoe! Sadly sending them back.

It's a dressy Birkenstock, what's not to like?

Great sandal, but I wear a 39 in Birkenstocks and needed a 40 in these.

i love them, a little dressy as i have to wear these now to support my arches... Came as promised... Will buy more...

the strap did not fit around my ankle.

I normally wear a 6 and sometimes a 6.5. A 37 (recommended for that size) is way too large. The 36 fit fine; maybe even still a bit long.

I ordered a size 36 initially, as that’s the size I wear in the Yara style, but it was too small (with my toes in the correct position, my heal was about a 1/4 inch off of the back of the shoe). The ankle straps on the size 36 were also too short and tight. I exchanged for a size 37 and the shoe and ankle straps fit much better! Very cute shoe!

I loved everything about this shoe, but I am disappointed that the sole started separating from the cork after wearing 3 times. I thought Birkenstocks were supposed to last forever!...I was expecting more than one season of wear out of these.

I wear a size 36 in the Yara style but it was too small in the Lola. Very cute shoe though! I’m going to try ordering a size up. Fingers crossed those will work.

I currently own two different Birkenstock styles with an ankle strap like these, and I love them. I've been looking for a black pair that could be worn in an elevated style for Fall and Winter (I live in SW Fl), and these fit the bill. The mini "wedge" is perfect and they have the classic cork footbed we come to expect from this brand, the only minor difference being the raised toe bar is not quite as pronounced on these. Strap material is super soft and they run tts, I always take a 41 in Birki's (size 10 in regular footwear) and the sizing here is no different. I might need these in brown too!!

Love this style. The fit is a bit smaller than my other Birkenstock sandals, and they are a tad narrow, but very comfortable and super cute! I am on my feet walking and standing for 8+ hours a day and they have been great.

I love these Birks! They are very stylist and I love the cognac color...perfect to transition into fall with the warmer days. They can be dressed up with a skirt and casual with a pair of jeans. I like that they have an ankle strap to help elevate the look. Great, comfortable sandal.

These say narrow fit, but a medium width foot fits just fine. I love that this is a wedge sandal with a Birki feel. Comfortable right out of the box with no blisters. Would love to see this sandal in a metallic!

These are easily some of the best sandals I have ever owned. I only wish I'd gotten them in black instead of a slightly different style. The wedge heel doesn't even feel like you're elevated, it feels comfortably flat. Love these sandals.

For fit comparison, I have the Birkenstock style Arizona Suede in size 38, so that's the size I ordered for the Lola. The Lola fit great, even in the toe area. They definitely are not narrow width, as noted in the description, they just are not as wide as other Birkenstock styles. I usually wear medium to wide in all shoes, and the Lola seem to be a medium width. Also, I'm thrilled that the Lola sandals I received are a nice brown color, not a reddish brown. These will be my new favorite sandals for this summer!

My first time wearing these was an afternoon exploring DTLA. I walked miles and miles and these did great! Love the narrow width!!!!

These were a great, stylish upgrade from my usual birkenstocks! Same durability, comfortable footbed, and arch support. Only downside is that the way the straps crisscross around the ankle leaves room for my heel to move up and down slightly as I walk.

These are really nice looking sandals. But the toe area a problem - mine not shoe! Determined to own a pair of Birkenstocks after a recommendation from a family member. So thank you Zappos for having such a nice way to shop for so many different shoes.

These are NOT too narrow for my wide forefoot and I love them. Die hard Birks loyal (cannot work pain-free in anything else...even more expensive ortho brands) and my problematic mid/forefoot was not disappointed with these. LOVE!

HEAVEN! I measure 7-7.5 and wear a 37 in this shoe. My flat feet and on the wider side of medium; requiring a roomy toe box. For 6 years my go to brand of sandal has been Vionic; but no more. These shoes feel like heaven on my over sensitive footsies.

I wear the same size as with my regular slip on birks. Regular birks are more comfortable - but it could be that they are just broken in after 2 years. These are much prettier though and look really nice with anything. I get compliments.

Order down a size. I'm a 37 in unisex Arizona Birkenstocks and that size fell off my toes when I walked in Lola. 36 fit well on my high arches, narrow heels, and somewhat wide toes. It runs long and more narrow than most Birkenstocks but still very comfortable. I've never had such good arch support and comfort in a dressy sandal. The nubuck is soft and I love how the sand color matches my olive skin.

My first pair of Birkenstocks and I love 'em! They have a slight heel which is just what I wanted to wear with casual summer dresses. Super cute! Super comfy! I can walk in them all day and my feet still feel great! This is the first time I have bought sandals/shoes with European sizing. I normally wear a size 9 medium, but instead of the corresponding size 40, I ordered a 39 narrow and it fits perfectly. I am hoping that in the long run the quality will be worth the price.

I bought these in the sand color. I have a narrow foot and have worn the Madrid style in size 38 for years. I followed the advice and ordered 37s. They are the correct size in the foot bed. The front straps are just a bit wide, but I think I will appreciate that in the middle of summer with any swelling. I wear them with straps on the tightest hole ( small ankles) and they are secure. The extra strap hanging off looks fine in the soft leather. There are 4 holes left and room for more if you have a larger ankle. If you need a narrower fit, I would suggest the similar style wedge available with two adjustable straps across the toes. I prefer the crisscross look on my foot , but may consider those in another color. The sand is very neutral, so this would be a great , lightweight travel shoe that would go with almost anything. I looked at these for a while and I am glad I finally took a chance and ordered them.

Initially I ordered the eight but it was clearly too big. It was interesting that the width (I never stray from medium) defaulted to narrow, which was fine. The size 7 is great. I like the look and feel. the leather is a bit stiff which is hard on the top of my foot, but I know it will soften over time. I did rub them with mink oil to assist in this. So far, great modest height, classic style, very nice color. I'm excited for a summer in these sandals be it skirts, shorts, or jeans.
