Toe box narrow at toes, so 6E pinches. The 813 toe box fits will. To much arch for flat feet. Returned for 813 - fits and feels great.

It’s too hard on my feet, the cushion, the leather feels hard. Maybe wearing them one more week will soften them

I have been wearing NB 928s for years. The shoes I got looked like 928s but they didn't feel like them. These shoes hurt my feet and knees. No way these were New Balance shoes. So much for buying on line

My husband never even tried on the sneaker. The picture depicts laces and the description describes laces. He was sent sneakers with velco straps. This is unacceptable as these are for work.

The New Balance shoes came in a Lugz box and did not have any padded insoles.

The first day that I wore these shoes, they were extremely comfortable. By the third day, I felt like I was walking on pebbles and the right shoe didn't support my foot properly.

TERRIBLE TINY TOE BOX

Ordered these for my teenager, who wears a New Balance size 15 - 6E in a different style. These were too tight to get his foot into. Poor design, does not reflect sizing across brand. Will return -- thanks for your help as always, Zappos. New Balance needs better quality control for its sizing, especially for people who wear larger sizes in extra width, as it's already a huge hassle to find shoes that do the job.

These shoes are strange in that the toe box is very wide and the heel is very narrow, so my heels felt like they were being pinched while wearing these.

How does NB make a shoe with the left shoes tongue shorter than the right???? Not a very good walking shoe, the width was larger than it should’ve been

Felt clumsier than the previous pair of 928V3 that I purchased. Returned the shoes.

Something feels wrong with the toes. The sole is thick until the toes, and then it seems to get thinner while curling upwards so my toes aren't touching the ground. As my foot rolls forward, it sort of rolls downhill towards the thinner part of the soles, which is uncomfortable. It feels like my toes can't apply full force on the ground. I might be able to get used to it over time, but I'm worried that it might affect my non-shoe gait. I don't know what the designers were thinking. I've been wearing New Balance shoes for at least 35 years and have never encountered a shoe with this kind of problem before. I just want the same simple, black, all-leather walking shoe in extra wide width that I've been buying for many years. I'm returning these.

I ordered a women's New Balance size WW928v3 and received a Men's size.

Ordered my normal size and sizing was way too large. While they would have been okay for work they looked bulky and unattractive on my feet. Returned.
