I bought these to replace my old ones. They are quite comfortable, though I did change the inserts to Ortho-Feet. If I get half as many years out these they will be worth it.

Best shoe ever and it always feels like you are walking on cotton.

Been wearing 928's for years. My go to shoe for everything from walking to business wear. Im hard on shoes being a big man and these hold up better than any other shoe I've tried.

Great comfortable shoes. I can wear 10 hour in a day.

These shoes are formy husband. He loves the rollbar and width (6E). No break-in time.

I've reviewed this shoe before on this site, but since I bought a pair in a different color, I'm being asked to do another one as though it's a different item. Anyway, I buy this shoe for walking as I try to do 10 miles/day. Since I have flat feet, I need a shoe that offers solid support & fits as close to size as possible. SInce this shoe comes in half-sizes & offers widths, I'm able to get the fit I need, or close enough with this model. I will buy them again as long as I can keep walking.

This is a great shoe for all-around activities. It is made like a shoe with leather but has ll of the comfort of a sneaker. Perfect for walking all day as a tourist. The sole is very thick so you do not have to worry about walking through shallow puddles. The shoe is water resistant, so it won't get damaged even if the leather gets immersed. When traveling and attending a somewhat upscale event like a concert it is not so elaborate, like a sneaker, that it will stand out that much. Once I wear them out a bit they still perform well for yard work or light construction projects. A bit of polish and they restore pretty well. Do a fair amount of walking on my job. Have used New Balance walking shoes for coming on 20 years. Appreciate New Balance since they offer Narrow Width in styles I'm looking for. Have not tried this latest purchase yet, waiting for the weather to cooperate! Past purchases were great. Decent value, always fit well, look good with my uniform, hold up well for the miles I walk.

Perfect fit. These are the only shoes I can buy and they fit perfectly. I have a very wide foot and I don't need to stretch the shoes to fit. Thank you New Balance.

It feel good on my feet and it work well at my job

This shoe is perfect for me. The shoe comes in wide, has a large toe box, and the upper part is leather. This shoe was off the market during COVID and supply-chain issues. I am so happy to have it available again.

This is my everyday shoe. Very comfortable. Wish woman's shoes went this wide, so I could have a wider selection and style. Def recommend for anyone with really wide foot/feet needs.

This is my third pair of these shoes. I go on at least one 2 mile dog walk daily. They are really comfortable and the cost for the added support is well worth it.

Already having the 928 in black, and knowing how comfortable they have been, I simply decided to get another pair in brown to keep my feet happy!

These shoes are the only shoes that my husband likes. And they fit perfectly and last a very long time. His last pair lasted him almost 4 years! They had been out of stock for almost a year before they come back with 1 pair. They need to restock better.

25 years at post office walking routes this is the best shoe out of all the shoes I've tried. Would like to see more padding in the soul for cushion, True Fit, great for wide feet. Where is well last long.

Made with high quality leather. This shoe feels very stable and comfortable throughout the entire day. No more collapsing my ankle. The unique support design inside and outside of the shoe is superior to any other shoe I have owned. This shoe is flexible but very supportive as well as breathable. I have both the black and white pairs of the 928 V3. I walk on concrete floors all day at a convention center. The best shoe I have ever bought for walking standing and working. The fit is true to size.

Purchased the New Balance men's walking shoes. They are a great fit and feel very comfortable. I love them and high recommend the New Balance Brand to my friends

I walk at least 2 miles everyday with a leash in each hand, holding on tightly to my two 100 pound Akita Dogs. My wife recently passed away and she would usually have a hold of one of our dogs. They still want to walk everyday and so do I. We walk in the Mojave Desert here in California and for most of the year we need to start just after daylight because my long haired dogs get too hot to walk any later. It isn't as much fun as it used to be with my wife.

These are the best shoes I have ever had. Many foot problems until I got these shoes.
