The New Balance 928v3 (with laces) has become my go-to shoe for daily wear. They are suitable for casual or general business wear and work well with my Rx orthotics. I'm now on at least my sixth pair.

My dad loves these so hopefully they never quit making them! Probably his 4th pair! He is retired and wears for daily use, work outside, walking, etc and always positive feedback. The leather and color make them very durable when he is working in dirt and mud, clean up easily!

I’ve had these shoes in brown for probably two years, maybe longer. Still feel like new, very supportive, foam hasn’t broken down. They’re not too hot for the summer, and they’re nice and warm in the winter. They don’t collect mud in the treads, and they don’t slip, either. My complaint WAS that they got dirty and scuffed, and didn’t look that great—and then I gave them a little TLC, and they came back looking almost new again. I’ll definitely buy New Balance again.

These are very solid and comfortable shoes.

I just love the shoe.

This is the second pair of shoes I've purchased from Zappos for my son, who has exceptionally wide feet. When you wear a size 6E shoe, it's really impossible to find shoes in regular retail shoe stores. He's been dealing with ultra wide feet since he was a toddler, he's now 35, so it's been a struggle for decades. Zappos not only has shoes in 6E (extra, extra wide) they deliver them in a short time and THEY FIT! It's hard buying shoes "on-line" especially with such a crazy size as 10.5 6E, but Zappos has come through for me each time. I'm a relieved Mom and a happy customer.

It was a perfect fit

My previous pair were on their last leg so I decided to order. They arrived quickly and are an excellent fit. I was going to get size 12 but Zappos let me know that these would be too big me which would have been the case. They are comfortable, and I began wearing them immediately. I will be taking them with me on a forthcoming trip.

Fit well

I have wide feet and these fit well with thin socks. I believe they will accommodate heavier socks as I continue to break them in. These are size 9 EEEE. I’ve bought 9 1/2 EEEE in the past to accommodate thicker socks. I think the 9’s will stretch to fit comfortably.

Good shoes. I bought 6E and they were alittle roomy, I should have ordered 4E. My fault.

The toe box is great and the inside of the shoe is very plush. The color is good as well I think I could get away with wearing these as a dress shoe.

I have been wearing the New Balance 928's ever since they originally came out. We do a lot of walking on concrete sidewalks, but the 928 never fails to make exercise a pleasure. I am 74 and just ordered a new pair for a cruise next week. Ordering through Zappos cannot be beat, with one day delivery and a 365 day guarantee.

I wear a narrow men's 11. These are one of hte most comfortable shoes I own. I use a full length orthotic with them.

My husband has been wearing this particular New Balance shoe for well over four years. They are his favorites and are why we continue to order them from Zappos (for convenience and decent price and great service).

I ordered the wrong size for my husband.

The shoes are great. The only way to improve would be to allow me to buy 2 different sizes, like bathing suits where you can buy tops and bottoms separately to allow for different sizes and shapes. I need one size for the left foot and a different size for the right foot.
