I wear these shoes every day for work where I spend a great deal of time on my feet. I get a new pair every year and they are well worth the money.

The shoes are well made , durable and true to size.

Yes, I would buy it again, although I've only had this pair for about 3 weeks. But they fit well, are comfortable, and look good. I need a narrow width shoe, and am so appreciative of New Balance making these and others available in B widths.

This is my third pair of 928s. I walk about 4 to 6 miles a day for exercise and the 928s last between 4 and 5 months.

Comfortable fitting shoes, Plenty of room for my diabetic inserts with plenty of room in the toe box area, I was concerned about the double heights not being enough room with my edema condition, but turns out to have just as much extra height as my other triple height shoes. I'm planning on purchasing another pair of the 928V3 to keep two shoes on hand, one for everyday shoe and the other for casual

The walking shoes make me feel like I am floating on air. I had ordered the wrong size and then lost the box. Not only did NB send me a new pair of shoes in the correct size, but they told me not to bother sending the wrong size ones back. Although I have no use for them I gave them to a charity and I am totally enjoying wearing my new shoes in the correct size. I could not be more pleased.

bought this product because of collapsing arches.after only a couple of weeks it's without a doubt helping my aching feet. the shoe support is excellent. great buy

These shoes are my walking shoes, 3-5 miles every morning, all seasons (with strap-on cleats in the winter). Light, comfortable and each pair lasts about 300 miles. If they were high-tops I would consider mountain hiking in them as well.

The 928 is my go to shoe for everyday wear. I always keep 2 pairs around: 1 for when I need a nice pair of shoes and an older pair I use around the yard adn garden.

My usual New Balance store closed so I went online and ordered. Process was easy and received both pair of shoes very fast. My right shoe has to have the sole split and a 1" build up inserted. The repair shop had no problem with either pair of shoes and they look and feel great! Great service.

This is the only shoe I buy. Comfortable with the support I need.

I am on my feet 10-12 hours a day, and do about 15,000 steps a day. My feet never hurt and I never notice or think about my feet or shoes.

I have had many NB shoes in the past. There is a definite benefit to opting up to a higher model. This one has great cushion and support. With COVID-19, I have been walking a lot more with the gyms closed and this shoe has improved those walks and increased my speed and range.

This is my fourth pair of 990's. I walk, exercise, 4.5 miles a day, everyday, for years. Wer holes in my shoes. Glue rubber patches in the toe of my left shoe to extend the life. These are the most comfortable shoes ever,,,,,

I walk these shoes to death. A mile with the dogs then five fast miles alone each morning (on Canandaigua's beautiful sidewalks). I will buy again and again, in part because they last less than three months. I do like them.

I bought this shoe several weeks ago looking for a decent "walking" shoe for everyday wear since I have been doing a lot of walking lately! I have been having metatarsal pain and I wanted good fit, cushion and comfort, and I found it in this shoe. The narrow width fits perfectly, the stride is solid. I'm about to buy a second pair.

Has a high arch and meets the support that my husband needs in a shoe. Extra extra wide width fits his foot perfectly. Accicdently ordered 2 pairs, but they were so comfortable from the first time he wore them, we decided to keep both pair.

These shoes are great for walking in all kinds of weather. I get the leather version, so as to have more leather on the exposed surfaces of the shoe, with very little cloth fabric there. That makes for much better protection when walking in bad weather, such as rain, snow or icy conditions. These shoes are heavier and stiffer/firmer when walking, but again that is what I want for bad weather conditions. When the weather is nice and dry, I wear a lighter walking shoe, with more cloth on the exterior, for more comfort. As for this shoe, I've gotten three pairs so far.

Perfect fit! Your staff has done a great job in recommending these walking shoes. I requested a walking shoe that fit like the 990, and she did! Reasons like this , is why I always buy NB for the past 20 years.
