Comfortable from the very first time. I walked 6 miles in them on the first day and my feet felt like I had just stepped into them.

My Orthopedic Foot surgeon and physical therapist recommended these shoes. They provide excellent support and are so comfortable they don't even need to be broken in. My husband is always purchased cheap tennis shoes. I got him a pair of these shoes and he loves them. I don't think he'll ever go back to cheap shoes. They are worth every penny.

I am Diabetic and the 928's have been great. 6 of 7 pairs are still being worn by me. The only pair I had to toss was a pair of brown when the sole pulled away from the base. Just purchased a new pair of the tan shoes and very satisfied so far.

Excellent fit and comfort. I bought my first pair in Houston at your Post Oak Blvd. store in 2013. Finally wore them out.

I have purchased far more expensive shoes in the past. None have surpassed the comfort and fit of this shoe. They seem to cradle my feet and provide a feeling of walking on a soft cushion of air. By far the most comfortable shoe I have owned. I was very surprised considering the modest price.

I have enjoyed these shoes from the first day I put them on. As is typical of New Balance shoes, they are comfortable and well made. I know I will be enjoying these shoes for a while!

But too narrow for son. Had to return. Went to holabird sports to get true fit and a different new balance shoe.

These are expensive shoes, but I've found that the pain relief they provide is worth the price.

I'm a letter carrier so I put on a lot of miles. This is my 3rd pair of 928v3. When I first put them on I was a little concerned about the short tongue, but it turns out it was not an issue at all. They are much better than the 928v2 which kept separating in the front by the big toe. These are comfortable and long lasting which is what I need.

In the past I've worn another brand until their wide width seemed to be getting a bit inconsistent. Had to try on multiple wide pairs to find correct fit. With NB, even online purchases fit perfect. Arch support is also a huge improvement.

New Balance is one of a few companies that offer half sizes. The shoes I bought fit perfectly and also look great. I can always count on NB shoes to be comfortable.

After I purchased the women's version of this shoe, my husband decided it was just the kind of shoe he had been looking for, too. He bought the men's version and we both have enjoyed them. They are perfect for problem feet or anyone looking for sturdy and well constructed footwear!

Bought the shoes to work. Slow breakin, but they are slowly getting better.

I now own three pair of this model so I'd say i'm pleased..

Great combination of comfort and function.. I needed the sturdy sole.

I wear these with a Red Wing boot insole and a Dr Scholls arch support on top of that. Have had knee trouble and plantar fascitis in the past and this combo keeps me comfy enough and pain free to walk several miles with no problem. 4th pair I've owned. - Don't get them wet, the sole will detach at the toe joint, then completely from the front. Also, they are making them with tongue too short now if you lace them all the way up. They need to be longer or have a pull strap to pull the tongue up.

This will be my 4th pair of New Balance 928 shoes and they are fantastic and provide excellent service for years! In fact, I gave away 2 pairs to a local ministry that serves homeless youth, Street Youth Ministry after I wore them several times a week for 3+ years (and I'm not a small guy with 12 4E feet). I love that New Balance offers wide widths!

This is the fourth purchase of this shoe type. Two brown and two black over the past several years. Wear well and very comfortable shoe. This is especially helped with NB insert that gives extra arch support. Tried many other brands and many other in NB stable but continue to come back to this particular shoe because of fit and comfort and durability.

This is the first time I've ever been able to purchase this size shoe from anywhere. Size 16 narrow. This is the best fitting shoe I've had in many years. I love the support in the bottom of the shoe.

Bought these as a gift for my husband. He wears them all the time.

These are the only shoes I can wear. Once I get a few wears from them they have that comfortable feeling moves along with my feet.

Good quality, sturdy shoe. I work in a warehouse and am on my feet walking, a lot.
