We called and told them our issue. They sent out a form for us to fill out with our shoe issues and from there we received a new pair of shoes. Great company.

Walks in the park. Good fit, third pair. Comfortable

I have a foot that rolls outward and a high arch. This is the only sneaker that prevents ankle sprains because of its anti roll bar. Used it for years for sports.

I'm on my feet all day and it's very comfortable to wear.

I need black shoes at my workplace and it's difficult finding shoes with 4E wide size. New Balance has prevented blisters in my feet since I purchased wide shoes in the 1990s when I ran marathons. This new shoe design is comfortable and stylish.

These shoes provide superior arch support compared to Nike, SAS, and are almost as good as Vostok orthotics. My only complaint is the support with wear sooner than much more expensive custom shoes but at a much better price so it is still a good value.

These shoes are very comfortable and they give great support relieving pain in the feet. They give a great fit.

Like the roll bar in these New Balance shoes. I have a bad ankle and these are the only shoes I can where and not have pain.

I use this shoe for hiking and walking the dog at the river plus outdoor work. The quality is outstanding and it's rigid sole provides stability and support. I bought another pair of cream colored leather to wear for going out on the town or church, et. al.

Wear them daily for both work in the office and around home and on the boat. For over 20 years been wearing New Balance shoes.

I wear these shoes for work and it is very comfortable to walk in if your on your feet 8 or more hours it help with your back pains.

My husbands favorite shoes. He wears them everyday. I keep receiving surveys to rate these shoes, but we did not receive our last order, instead we received women's shoes. It's been over 3 weeks now with my return lost in "transit" and no refund. I have a case number. Very discouraging.

I am a larger guy and work retail. I am on my feet all day and need the support these shoes provide. They are comfortable also. I know these are a top seller, but for someone that has bought numerous pairs, please run them on sale now and then.

I work retail and I am on my feet all day, these shoes give good support. The laces do come untied easily. I wish that they would run them on sale every now and then. Since there one of the best sellers they never put them on sale. It doesn't seem to be fair to those of us that have bought more pairs of them to remember. I get the sale email and go to the site just to be disappointed these are not part of the sale.

I purchased these shoes via the New Balance website. The process was fairly straightforward and provided fitting assistance as well. I received the shoes in 2 days and found them to fit quite well after a 2 day break-in period. The leather tops look nice, too. I was a bit surprised that it was so easy.

I have severe arthritis in my feet from 30 years of dairy farming. I also have weak ankles. The model 928 have been my shoe of choice for many years. They give superior support and comfort with out extra weight.

Every day shoe that is expensive but fits my feet well.

THESE ARE THE BEST SHOES I HAVE EVER HAD. I HAVE VERY DIFFICULT FEET TO FIT, AND MOST SHOES ARE JUST BEARABLE. THESE ARE ACTUALLY COMFORTABLE. NO BREAKIN NECESSARY. THEY FIT WONDERFUL RIGHT OUT OF THE BOX. THE ONLY NEGATIVE I COULD SAY IS, THE SHOESTRINGS ARE WAY TO LONG. [15 INCHES]
