This shoe was so disappointing! It’s basically same shoe I’ve used daily for years but current version. It was heavy, hard (not flexible) and very uncomfortable. Another reviewer described it as like wearing a box! That’s a perfect description. I gave it a good try but had to give up. Wish I had returned when I received. BTW I never do reviews but these were so bad I made an exception hoping others won’t make same expensive mistake ?

I ordered these in the leather grey and white mesh in my usual size 9EE the 9 is way too long and when I tried the 8.5 it was too short. The grey is really nice but the sizing of this shoe is way off

Nice looking shoe but really uncomfortable in the ball of the foot. No cushioning at all, felt like I was walking on cement. Too bad, I really need a good stable stability shoe that fits my orthotics. New Balance has really cheapened their shoes. You really notice it material wise. Too bad. They use to be the best shoe company! I will continue to look. Zappos is really a credit to the people who have foot problems and have to try on a zillion different shoes before they find one that fits!!!!! Thank you Zappos!

Version 3 does not fit the same as Version 2 did. Very disappointing. Little or no arch support. Long in the toe area.

They attempted to improve Version 2. Instead, they ruined it. I ordered the same size I've worn for years. They're too long in the toe. They do NOT offer the same arch support. Sad & disappointed.

The WW928v3 seems to fit my feet better than any other shoe. I have tried other types of New Balance shoes and they just don't feel as good as this shoe. I recently purchased two pair to take on a trip where I will be doing a lot of walking. I am confident I will have no problems with these shoes.

I have been buying the same shoe for many years. It is the shoe I take walks in and mostly stay in all day. It offers wonderful support. My only complaint is that they come apart after 6 months and the soles run down as well. I see folks who say they last for years. That is not my experience, but maybe they don't walk as much as I do or wear them as much. I have recently decided to wear them every other day since it says they will last longer. Of course I just wear a different pair of the same shoe. I have also, over the years, watched them go up in price a lot. What can I do? They are the shoe I wear.

This is my second identical pair so that should say all that needs to be said.

She was too narrow. I wear foot braces

I buy this particular New Balance shoe because my foot is very narrow AAA with a quad A heel and this brand are the only ones made to fit my foot. I have a lot of problem trying to buy shoes that actually fit. There is only one other brand that has produced a shoe that actually fits and that is MUNRO and their shoes are/were made in the USA!

I have too wear this style because of the Roll Bar feature in it. The top of my foot is fused, and this is the most stabilizing shoe for the condition of my foot. My feet feel very good in them. I am 83 and I am at home most of the time, so I wear them a lot.

The shoes are very attractive and seemed to fit well. I just tried them briefly because I was not looking for a leather walking shoe. I ordered them quickly without reading the description well.
