Customer Reviews New Balance 1260 V7

The E width made the shoe "wide" enough, but the fabric across the toe box is too small and makes the toe box tight. My toes were stuffed into this tight area. The arch support was minimal. The shoes were very uncomfortable. I am disappointed in the quality of the New Balance product. For years I have worn this shoe in a D width and the toe box was spacious, and in the past the shoe possessed both cushion and stability. The only positive thing I can say is the shoe is stylish and the color selections great. Comfort and wear-ability nearly non-existent. The ordering from Zappos was a breeze. I anticipate the return will be just as easy. At least the customer service is good even if the shoe is a disappointment.

New Balance has narrowed the toe... Cramps the side of the big toe even before walking or running. Not a smart move when they say this is sold as a walking shoe and athletic shoe. Am returning.

The fit was 1/2 size larger than my regular size, but fit fine. Width was fine. I was in love with the NB 1260 V4, but even after reading positive and negative reviews on this shoe, I ordered to give it a chance. However, it is just like the V5, not a comfortable shoe at all. I put it on this morning, wore it on a couple of errands and grocery shopping. I was aware of my feet being uncomfortable and crampy the entire time. I couldn't wait to get home, take them off, and put the in the box to return. Thankfully, Zappos is great to deal with on returns.

Huge footbed...I was swimming in my 2AA’s. Lumpy arch with little support. Heel slips.Grey just isn’t a sexy color for a shoe despite the hot pink & green. Returning.
