I have a wide front of my foot and a slim heel as well as I over pronate on one foot which makes dress shoes hard to find. These have a nice wide toe box, great stability and the strap can be winched tight to not wiggle. So happy to have found these. Only thing I am not crazy about is the Velcro but I’m going to give it a try.

I have purchased three other shoes in this style over the years. I jumped at the chance to get them in wide. They are truly fabulous! I wish they had them in other colors in the wide width, I'd buy every color they made!

Dansko doesn't disappoint. I have super high arches and as I get older I need more supportive footwear, but I don't want to look like a dork. I love that Dansko has such a wide variety of shoes available and they always feel great right out of the box. The chestnut color is beautiful and the shoes look great with pants or skirts. I was surprised to find that the buckle strap is actually velcro - but it still fits my narrow feet well!

I love these!! I have weird feet - size 12, 13 in athletic shoes. I have a narrow heel, wide toe box, high arches, and a tailor bunions especially bothersome on the right foot. The fit on these was excellent, and I feel like they're the least geriatric appearing orthopedic shoes I've found (these and the Taos Ta-dah). I highly recommend, especially if you're on your feet a lot like myself. I work in a hospital and they are great on rounds.

I stepped into this shoe after trying it on &. wore the entire day without pinching or rubbing. It is very comfortable as well as handsome.

These are really cute! I love the chestnut brown color, and the way it is darker at the toe. Very stylish, yet comfortable. Only additional thing I'd wish for is a real buckle, since for my narrow feet I have the straps tightened to the very edge of the velcro. The velcro is nice and strong, though, so it is holding, despite being attached on only a small part of it. Overall, a beautiful, comfortable, well-made shoe.

I love these shoes, I worked 8 hours in these the first day and they were so comfortable. I have plenty of room for my toes and I love the Velcro straps to put on fast in the morning. They are great quality.

GREAT shoes. Comfy. Perfect fit. Toe box is just wide enough so as not to look clunky.. Arch support is good. I have a narrow heel, and these shoes don't slip at all. True Dansko quality.

Super comfy right out of the box. I'm on my feet most of the day and needed a shoe that would be comfortable, supportive, and still stylish. These fit the bill perfectly. The lower heel is so much better for those that are prone to rolling their ankle in a typical Dansko. It also has good grip on the bottom of the shoe.

I wear a 39 wide in Dansko clogs. The only other Dansko I could wear was the most excellent Sissy sandal (RIP). This shoe is interesting. I'm still on the fence. It's wonderfully comfortable and roomy. Almost too roomy. I'm not sure if that is because the wide width is legitimately wide (vs. the clog which is still snuggish) or if the shoe is about a half size large. Appearance. It's a decent Mary Jane. The strap is Velcro which has a tendency to snag tights. Just messy. I can buckle a shoe. I appreciate that they are lighter than Dansko clogs and the sandals I've worn, but they almost feel flimsy. I'm not sure they will live up to my expectations of a $125+ shoe. So, I love them in meh kind of way.

I wear a size 6.5 medium or wide width depending on the shoe. I first ordered the European size 37, but they were at least a size larger than I needed. I then ordered the 36 in wide to be sure, which fit much better. They are a little roomier, but I didn't want to take the chance on the medium width, so I'm okay the way they are. Comfortable.

These are lovely. I would recommend this shoe for most who needed the wide toe box and narrow heel. I almost kept them because the shoes were nice fit around my foot and would look so nice with suits and dresses. However, I need a very tall/high toe box to fit needs of my unusually shaped feet. While this this style looks like it has it and I chose my usual size, my trouble toe did not have enough room for my toenail. I might would try a size up, but I have a narrow heel and usually cannot size up without modifying shoes.

The shoes were just what I wanted, well fitting Mary Janes. But the leather scratches so easily. Already there are some scratches where Velcro straps are attached. And I haven’t worn them out yet. I guess once I wear them out and about more scratches will appear. Not sure if I will get these shoes again if that happens

These are so, amazingly comfortable (high arches, super cushioned)...but sadly I can't get past the frumpiness of the style on me. Bonus, however: the buckle is not functional, the strap attaches with Velcro instead for easy on/off.

I loved these shoes. Unfortunately I have narrow heels and these slipped to much to keep at the price. These would be cute with dress/skirts and pants.

Fit was true to size but the style was too frumpy for me. Also, for the price point, I expected fabulous comfort and was disappointed. Am returning for another style.

I wear Dansko a lot and these were definitely larger than my usual 41. Also, my feet are relatively wide and these were very wide.

I am still on a quest for business basic black shoes that can be worn with a dress and nylons for those occasions in life when a dress and nylons are required; I knew these shoes were a bit on the casual side but with my frog feet (narrow heel, short foot, high instep and broad toes) I am running out of options to try. I typically wear a 6.5 to 7, W to WW, so I ordered the Fawna in size 37 W. While the length is good, with nylon stockings they felt like they were flopping around on my feet. To be fair, they are probably sized to wear over socks, not nylons, but they definitely did not work for my purpose. I'm also not a fan of velcro closures; they tend to snag on stuff (like nylons, lol). So while I am returning this pair because they were too big, I'm not going to try the 37 W...and the search continues...

Looked like nice shoes, but they were way too big. Had good arch support, or the footbed could be removed to accommodate orthotics. I will try a smaller size.

I have a pair of these shoes in black and LOVE them. Needed a pair of brown shoes and bought these. However, the color is sort of strange -- the toe box and the heel part are darker than the rest of the shoe. It looks like they are dirty or stained with oil, but I believe it is intentional. Returned two different pairs (different shades of brown) and they both had the strange dark toe box. Sad -- because the shoe is perfect otherwise.

I had been wanting these in the saddle color for a few weeks, so when the price came down a bit, I purchased them. Well, I don't love them. They are cute and the exact color of Mary Janes I'd been looking for for months now...BUT, the arch support was not what it needed to be for my foot and the shoe was a little too wide. I have high arches and a medium width foot, am almost always a size 8, and I ordered the 38. My feet just felt a little sloppy in them, but the length was good. Also, they have velcro instead of an actual buckle, which I knew before I purchased them. But just in walking up and down my hallway, one of them popped open. Back they go!

I generally love the shoes, very comfortable and a huge step up from the flats I was used to wearing. But I bought the shoes in August 2020, it's now July 2021, and for the last month the velcro straps have started to give me trouble. They just don't hold like they used to and are constantly coming undone while I'm walking. For the price, these should last me longer than a single year, and they didn't even make it that far.

These shoes are really sturdy and comfortable, but my heel slipped out the back. I have a hard time finding shoes to fit (I'm a 10.5 C so I'm usually stuck getting an 11 B), but even with heel inserts, these shoes would have been too big. The style was okay.
