Shoes are completely awesome. They fit me right out of the box ! I wish that more of this style came in my size. So many of the Dansko shoes start at 36. I’m actually more comfortable at 35 as my foot size is 5;5.5. i got a 36 in gray first. Colors awesome but I need to wear a heavy sock in my insole so my foot is not knocking around while i walk. I am a hairstylist with a large foot. Most shoes that are comfy in my size look very unattractive. I am a true size 13, so unfortunately, the 43 was a little too short. I am so disappointed I have to return this shoe, and going a size up is not an option. It's so disappointing that there just really options for cute great quality shoes for women like me. I hope this company extends their sizes in the near future.

I just received these in red and absolutely love the color. It’s perfect for the holiday season. I already have three other colors of this shoe and they’re my go to shoe for work. They are stylish for an orthopedic brand shoe and very comfortable. This red pair is super cute and came well packaged. They do have a couple small scratches and tiny stains inside the shoe , so that’s a little bit disappointing on a $135 pair of brand new shoes. I’m guessing they came this way from the shoe manufacturer since they were wrapped in plastic and had cardboard inside each shoe. I’ll likely just keep this pair since a new pair could have similar small scratches if they came from Dansko this way, but hope the review might help in quality control so they check for scratches before distributing to retailers like Zappos. In my opinion Dansko is not consistent with sizing and the company does not manufacture all of their styles in a size 35. When I do try the 35s often they are too small, especially in the width. I purchased an Opal a couple of years ago in a size 36 and they fit well. These are too big, and I will have to return them. I will try the size 35 and see what happens.

I like the look of the shoe. Not sure about the comfort in the toe area. I feel as if I need more room in the front of the shoes. Love the idea of the buckle look even though it is a velcro closure. I like shoes that I can wear out of the. Still deciding whether to return or keep. Love Zappos for giving me the opportunity to have these choses at my leisure.

I have an older pair from 2018 or 2019. I wear them regularly for work as a flight attendant. Literally the most comfortable shoe to wear 12++ hours per day, on my feet! Velcro wrote out so decided to get another pair. Exact same shoe, the fawna and same size!! HOW can they be about a half size larger?! Ugh

For someone with a high arch, narrow heel, wide foot, and struggles with plantar fasciitis, this shoe is a great match! High quality leather and excellent cushion. Perfect for a full day of work and looking professional with either a dress or pants. I will be buying Dansko again!

I love the look of these shoes. However even the amount of heel that they have is too much for me, and too narrow, so I find myself wobbling. It’s only a matter of time till I twist my ankle....not keepers for me, alas.

I have multiple foot issues- high arches, narrow heel, etc. I usually wear an US 8 or 8.5, but because of the wide toe box I found the EUR38 works. The EUR 39 was too wide and slipped on my heel. The color is a true navy, so nearly black. The strap has a faux buckle that covers for for the more convenient Velcro.

I have narrow, flat feet and usually have to stick to the Danskos that come in narrow, but these feel great. I do have to cinch down the Velcro strap as tight as it will go, but it seems to hold ok. I love the chestnut burnished calf color--they go with everything! Very happy with this purchas

At first these shoes were a little difficult to "break into", because the leather is naturally a little stiff and my feet are slightly too wide for them, but after wearing them consistently, they became more and more comfortable for me. They have great arch support and my legs don't ache in them like they do in other shoes!

Finally some shoes that will stay on my feet and are comfortable. I have narrow heels and most shoes slip off. I loved these shoes right out of the box!

Really cute shoe. I have a bad back and a bad knee. Shoes feel very stable. Not to high and still look dressy.

perfect out of the box, i do have bunions after many many years of being on my feet for work. Finally i have a pair of comfy stylish 'heels' that i wear for 'going out', finally getting to go out

These shoes are a flight attendants dream shoe. So very comfortable for long days.

I have a long foot with a narrow heel but normal forefoot. I usually have to wear AA shoes. I was able to wear these. They are very comfortable.

I was looking for a dressier looking blue shoe for an event I need to be at. The color and the smooth leather finish works. I have issues with flat feet and arthritis in an ankle these are the perfect height for me to feel dressy, but not risk damaging myself.

I love these Dansko Fawna shoes. This is the third pair I have purchased in the past 3 years. In my line of work I can usually wear these for a year before having to replace. They don't scuff as much as many others I have tried. However I do add a light support about 6 months in.

Fit wonderfully for a wide foot. I went with the size larger than zappos recommended. Can't wait to wear them for teaching on my feet!

I have to buy all of my shoes one size larger to accommodate a special orthotic in one of my shoes. This takes some manipulating in the other shoe, but it works beautifully. I did try on the smaller size to accommodate my shoe without the orthotic and it fit beautifully as well. The insole is super comfortable and when it gets worn out from a lot of walking you can always replace it. The shoes are made to last.

I originally ordered a 7.5 wide, but it was a little too short. To be fair, I wear 7.5 in some shoes and 8 in others. These shoes are so very comfortable and cute enough.

The fit is perfect - exactly as expected and so comfortable! These are exactly the shoes I was anticipating.

WOW! This is the first time I can remember that a pair of shoes has fit perfectly right out of the box. It's like these were made for my feet. I have size 10, slightly wide feet with flare ups of plantar fasciitis. I was looking for a pair of comfortable, black dressy shoes with great arch support and a roomy toe box. These are perfect for me in a 41. Love them. Thanks Dansko.
