I ordered the correct size but the boot was too long. I could put my thumb in the back of the boot with lots of room to spare.

I’ve had Dansko shoes that I liked in the past but these just did not fit for me. I felt as if there were a bar pressing across where my heel and arch meet, with no support for the arch at all—I don’t think the arch of my foot even touches the shoe. Returning them.

I love dansko but the regular clogs dig into the top my foot and it gets very painful. The ankle was a little tight at first but I could feel it loosening up already by the end of the day.

I loved these shoes, except for one small detail... the right shoe has a spot that hurts the top of my foot so bad that I started limping a few minutes of wearing them. It saddens me because they are the perfect fit in every other way. I wish I could return them, but I already wore them. I guess I'll keep them and wear them only if I'll be sitting or not walking for long periods of time, although I bought them for work. So sad!

Nice little boot, not the most stylish, but probably really comfortable for some. Did not work for me because the toe box was not wide enough; I have a bunionette on the outside of my feet. The leather feels like it might stretch but for the price I wasn't willing to try it out. I don't think Danskos work for me anymore.

The edge of the boot top digs into my leg on stairs and when they hit on an angle. Too uncomfortable and stiff, unlikely to "break in." Otherwise, I really liked the boots.

I love these boots so much I have two pairs in black (one for muddy dog walks and one for everything else). Both pairs in black are an absolutely perfect fit. The honey colored pair I just ordered, on the other hand (foot?), is going right back because it is super, super wide. I don't understand how the fit can vary so enormously between colors, but the big floppy honey-colored boots are not going to work. I'd love to see these in a dark brown or dark blue with the same width as the black.

The Frankie bootie by Dansko felt just a tad too big. The leather is very stiff around the ankle, and I do not expect it to soften enough for me to wear comfortably. I also could not in good conscience keep a shoe made in China due to their human rights abuses. Back to Birkenstocks I go, or Sanita---come to think about it, the Sanitas are sooo much more comfortable, and are made in Portugal to boot! no pun intended.

Amazing shoes great arch support the only issue is that they were a bit tight on my foot width wise. If your patient enough they will break in and ugh the comfort the style and the height are great!!!

I love the boots. I struggled to get them on. The exchange was quite easy & I’m looking forward to getting the larger size.

I usually wear wide widths but those are hard to find in ankle boots. These seem to fit well. I like the toe as they are not as awkward looking with tapered leg pants. Well made.

so, this was my 3rd pair of this clog ... I love them so! bit this time the sizing on the right shoe was way off ... way too tight. the left is spot on. I'm going to try the next size up, fingers crossed.

I have many pairs of Dansko clogs. They are the only shoe I wear to work for years now. I love the look of the boot but they weren't as comfortable as the shoes.

I had such high hopes for these boots. Unfortunately, they were a bit too narrow across the top of my foot. If it wasn't for that they would have been perfect.

Good for high arches!!! I have very high arches and cannot wear regular Dansko clogs as they cut across the top of my feet. These fit very comfortably all around. It took a few weeks for these to really break in but now they are very comfortable. One negative aspect is that because I wear these with an ankle sock I have black lines on my skin where the lip of the boot rubs against the front of my leg, and it does not wash off. So you’d need to wear a regular crew sock with these.

Not as comfortable as I thought and cannot wear, just sitting in closet. Never worn outside of home. Hope can find better insole to replace so that I may wear them.

Difficult to get these on. Leather is stiff and the opening is small. May return for a larger size.

This shoe has incredible arch support, so much so that it started to feel like a pressure point at the heel side of my arches. If you're looking for a clog-like shoe for standing in for long periods, this is likely it. Not the most attractive shoe, but cuter than Birks!

I've had these shoes for just over two weeks now, and I can finally understand the mostly positive reviews about this bootie. Breaking in this shoe was murder on my ankles the first week (I had to dig out the boots I was replacing to give myself a break after a couple of days) and the first day I wore these, I felt completely hobbled heading down the stairs into the subway, clutching the railing for dear life. HOWEVER, now I can feel a fairly nice amount of give in the leather and the sole, and they've become very comfortable to walk in. They feel sturdy enough to last through a lot of walking. Happy I bought these.

The boots are very cute. I ordered black, the box said black but the boots were brown. Otherwise I would have kept them

I love the way these look and they are comfortable for me in some of the ways that other reviewers have complained about (ankle, width all seem fine). Unfortunately they do feel about half a size smaller (like, sorter in the toe) than the other Dansko boots I have (Marias). I've only had them a week, and I'm going to try to push through the pain and get them to stretch out....hoping it works. I wear size 42, so, I can't size up. But, that being said, they make my big feet look sort of small, somehow. They look cute, I feel like a hipster elf.

Too clunky looking for the ankle boot I was looking for

I have a few pairs of Dansko sandals that I adore, so I fully expected to love these, too. Sadly, the top of the boot shaft hit my ankle at a weird spot and was pretty uncomfortable just walking around the house. It feels like they need to be just a little bit wider (or a little bit more snug) to fit just right.

These are so comfortable, more so than I expected them to be. They are not quite as big and clunky looking in person as they look in the photo, but they are still not the sleek beautiful booties I wish I could wear. They look alright, though, better than I expected, and are so comfortable, and that is what I need. I have bunions and Morton’s neuroma, and I also don’t have any padding on the bottom of my feet, so I need cushioning, a platform, and good arch support. Easy on and off. I think I will probably wear them most days this winter.
