I have a lot of Dansko clogs, both the traditional (Professional) and the newer Pro XP styles. I like the traditional footbed better, but the Pro XP style allows the specification of a Wide width, which fits my D width foot better. Although I usually wear in a 38 in all Dansko clogs, and my shoe size is 7 1/2, I found the 38 a bit narrow in this boot, and needed a 39. So, I would recommending sizing up if you have a wide foot.

I've been a Dansko wearer for 20 years and wanted to love these boots. They are Dansko-comfort except for where they hit my ankles. I can tell that they will cut into them in no time even with socks. Too bad, otherwise they are the usual quality comfort. Like a Professional with sides.

Burnish brown is dressy! They are extremely comfortable for my tired old sore feet! Perfect! I really don’t need them but I kept them anyway!

I love the Frankie. Have it in the black from last year. Was hoping to add brown to my collection, however, the finish is too shiny for me. I hope Dansko makes a brown oil rubbed version...Dansko?

I love this Chelsea boot style. I have something similar from another brand, but this version by Dansko is very cool. I like that it tapers up against the foot, although it's not as easy to get into as a wider opening. It looks graceful and is a nice contrast to the clog bottom. The height of the heel is just right. It's a heavy shoe, but I've worn Dansko Professional clogs for years, so knew what to expect. Great arch support, and the rocker bottom makes walking very comfortable. I felt the size was just right and I didn't have to order up or down. The toe box is roomy and I can tell after only a couple of days of wear that the uppers will adapt to my foot. I don't know if I would walk a long distance in this shoe because of the weight, but I'll find out. I'm really happy with my purchase - the look, the fit, the quality of the shoe, and I'm sure I'll get a lot of wear out of them.

Love these shoes. The leather is supportive but flexible so they’re very comfortable.

Fabulous Danskos!

OMG, finally a bootie I can wear. I have a fused great toe, so flexible soles don’t work for me. These booties have such fabulous arch support, it was love at first try. I’ve bought them in both colors. Not insanely enthralled with the brown because the pre-warn toe is a bit overdone, but I’m a comfort person first and I just had to have every color available. I figure I can beat up the brown and the funkiness will make them cooler. I’m a true 39 and both pairs were spot on size-wise. I have a bunion on my left foot, after about 6 hours it talks back some, but this is never enough for me to not want to wear them. They are benefitted by a shoe horn to get them on when they’re new, but bash and smash force works when I don’t have one.

Love these with jeans or shirt. So comfy!

My favorite pair of Dansko’s! I get nothing but compliments whenever I’m wearing them. Super comfortable, for hours on end.

When I saw these boots, I was really excited about something that was stylish but that I knew would be completely supportive, since I have plantars fasciitis on my right foot *and* tarsal tunnel (yes, that's a thing). I buy a lot of Danskos, and almost always get a size 41. My right foot is a 9 1/2 and my left foot is a 9, as taken by one of those shoe measuring devices at the store. However, I often find myself more comfortable when I order size 10 shoes. I decided to listen to the Zappos size recommendation because it clearly said that the EU40 was between a US 9.5 and a 10, so I went with those and I don't regret it! The minute that I put my foot in the shoe I could feel the arch settle in perfectly. Another thing to keep in mind is that the arch for these, and for many of danskos shoes, is "deeper," meaning that it extends a little bit more from the heel to the toes. It's similar in a way to the Alegria Paloma, so if you like those shoes, you will definitely like Danskos, although I find the Palomas to be more of a kind of rocking motion than the Danskos, and I think the danskos offer superior support compared to the Palomas. Finally, one comment about the color is that, to my eye and to the display on my pixel XL, the color of the shoe seems much more of a caramel color, while the actual shoes themselves are more of a fawn color. And I mean literally like the color of a fawn's coat. That worked out perfectly for me because I really wasn't looking for something that would pop, but would go with many different color pants, so if you are worrying about them looking a little too bright, I recommend giving them a try.

I finally love a pair of Danskos! I’ve worn the clogs before, but they were always too wide for my feet. I felt like I was always sliding around or clomping with clunky shoes. Not these! They are narrower and comfortable right off the bat. A true win!

I'm a teacher and am on my feet most of the day, and these shoes support my feel well. Great arch support. My only psuedo-complaint is that the the forefoot is a bit narrow, but I have the beginnings of bunyons, so that could be the issue. Because, they're leather, I anticipate that they'll stretch out too.

I love love love these boots! If the black was more polished looking, I’d buy in black too! Plenty of toe wiggle room and can wear all day no problem! I have planters in both feet and these make my feet happy!

these are nice booties. very comfy and look great. I usually wear size 7 US but I had to go with a size 36 for these..I guess they run large.

Love these so much! I have had numerous pairs of pro clogs and also have a pair of the Maria's and these fit like a pair of the Pro's with the more stable ankle boot comfort of the Maria's. They're initially pretty hard to get into and feel quite stiff, but do soften up. I'm a 38 in Pro and Maria and 38's in these fit great! Did I NEED another pair of Danskos? NO! Do I love these so much that there's no way that I regret buying them? YES! TREAT YO SELF! Also, as usual, Zappos can't be beat. Ordered them mid-day and they were delivered the next! Wonderful customer service when I had a question too.

I work about 9-10 hours a day and needed major arch support and comfort. I didn't love the style but refused to wear clogs so thought these were my best alternative. First try on they were really really tight. A little narrow in the toe box and had to get used to the arch. Took about a week and I absolutely love them now. Broke in nicely and I actually get a lot of compliments on them too! Great shoe!

As usual with Dansko... Awesome fit! Love the color of the brown booties!(I like the fading) As far as rubbing, not a problem with taller socks.

I really, REALLY wanted to love these. They were true to size, and look sharp!, the leather is very heavy which would be great if I lived in a colder climate..(all you snow bound folks..you may be interested). The ONLY reason I sent them back is my left toe didn't sit right and it didn't feel good.I exchanged them for a pair of Dansko xp clogs. But I may try these again.

Good looking shoe, but was really large. I usually buy this size in Dansko and it fits great. I suggest going down 1 size.

I LOVED the color (brown suede) and style of these shoes! I usually wear a 5.5-6 and the size 36 was too big; adding a sock made it worse since it made my foot slide around inside the shoe.

I sent them back. They’re cute but they are stiff and feel high. I was hoping for a softer more comfortable feet. Also more femme in style than I wanted
