I purchased the slides last year and after a month I left them on the pool deck for a couple hours and came to find them folding upwards from the heat. They became useless the rest of the summer. Now Hoka does have the direct sunlight/heat warning which would have been nice info to have last year. These sandals straps did cut my feet on the first day but have been great ever since. Feels just as good as the slides did before they were damaged due to sunlight.

I bought these for a tropical vacation as I have to have rocker bottoms now due to arthritis. After reading reviews of loose straps I went down a size from what I usually buy Hoka shoes in. Granted I have toe room in my shoes, partly because of a wide fore foot. It worked out really well, my heal was at the back of the shoe, just on the line of too small, but the strap didn't feel loose. I wore them every day for just over 3 weeks and they did pretty well, although the foot bed shows more wear than I would like.
For the price I really would like to see more. The straps are like $12 generic flip flops. I have a pair of Reef's that cost about the same that have much better more substantial straps and are the most comfortable pair of flip flops I've ever worn. I also have a pair of Sole flip flops with nice looking straps and cork bottoms that are the best looking I've ever had, however they are more expensive.
If these could take the strap and more durable higher traction top from Reef I would love these and even pay more for them. As they are I would only recommend them if you need to have a rocker bottom.

Love their other men's lines of running shoes but their flip flop should be pulled from the market

Love Hoka products, including these "slippers". Like many Hoka shoes I get, they take some getting used to, I did have a knee problems for a couple days but eventually went away. I also have a little chaffing on the back heels where the back of the slipper "lips" up. I feel my walking is adjusting. Look great, feel great otherwise.

I love the height and the quality....I just wish the thongs were heavier....they seem a little flimsy.

About a half to full size too long. Straps are too loose as well. I wear a 12 and it fits, but I would not wear it walking outside around too much besides short distances as it is sloppy. The rubber straps are super thin and feel cheap also. The sole is thick and the straps need to be heavier to match the thickness of the sole. Advice: shorten the length about a half size and tight up the straps.

I love these sandals. I've been wearing flip flops for 20 years, but these are the absolute best!

Arch support is great, light weight and comfortable, the only problem is that water gets in thru the strap area and leaks into the area where the adhesive that holds it together breaks down that causes the strap to pull out, went thru two pairs in five months. Will be trying out the slides next.

With multiple foot issues from acute capsulitis and neuroma and fasciitis to arthritis and excessive lower back pathology, I needed a comfortable non invasive recovery footwear for the evening around the house and in the yard after a long work day. The ORA is the perfect solution. Ordering was a breeze and shipment was FAST!! I also use the Bondi LTR and love them. For once my feet don't just feel exhausted at the end of the day!! Not to say I don't have pain. Just that recovery is a process and HOKA is a big part of that!

Strap lack of smoothness unlike the fitflop sandals. At first you will have a little blister on the top and side. But after a while your feet will get use to it..

Bought these second time around - bought the recovery first and wish I could return them. The flip flop is a much better fit and is a better product overall. Would buy another pair - as they do what they are suppose to do - fit well and provide comfort.

I use them for recovery purposes and during leisure time. Much better than flip flops as they prevent issues with tendons and fascia. Design also ok and very comfy.

I love Hoka shoes, the sandals on the other hand feel good on my feet except the strap runs way way too large, my feet are flopping all over the place! Hopefully they will make some changes to these new flip flops. I will wait till next year and see if they did and buy 2 pairs.

I wear a 10.5 in my Hoka Bondi. What size Ora recovery flip should I buy. Size chart recommends 11. I was reading a review where someone wore 11.5 and bought the size 11Ora. I have a narrow foot.
