Width EE fits like a D. Very tight across the head of the first metatarsus (where it connects to the big toe), and a metal eyelet for the lace sits right on top of that--unfortunate placement relative to the shape of one's foot. Otherwise, size 9 length is good and heel does not lift. Comfortable around the ankle. They're leather, so I will try a shoe stretcher to get the width across the metatarsi up to an E or hopefully a true EE and create a little more room under the eyelet. Then I can wear them enough to break them in before going on longish hikes.

Great pair, I wore a lot and lasted a fair amount of time.

I would’ve preferred if these boots came in an extra wide width

Like every other Columbia show I’ve ever tried- they ALL run 1/2 size too big. I’m a true 10, and I need a 9.5 with this company. Never fails.

The Columbia Newton Ridge Plus II Suede WP boots fit great right out of the box. Good arch support and looks great too.

Fit pretty well, but just a bit narrow (I ordered a wide). Overall, they are pretty comfortable.

Great product. Fits perfectly

I normally wear a size 16, but this is my 3rd pair and I've ordered a size 15 each time and they fit me perfect even wearing my Smart Wool hiking socks. I live adjacent to the National Forest and hike/walk an average of 5 miles/day. Soles show noticeable wear after about 9 months, but the uppers look like new. Buy a good pair of rawhide laces, because the ones that come with the boots wear out and break in only a few months.

These are nice boots. The fit was good and felt broken in fairly well right out of the box. I did elect to return them however because I wanted a boot that felt more sturdy and went higher up above the ankle. These would be good for walking around boots, for me, and I almost kept them just for that purpose but in the end went with a more robust choice.

A LITTLE TIGHT WIDTH WISE BUT MY FEET TEND TO BE ON THE WIDE SIDE, LOOSENING UP AS THEY WERE WORN. THE BUILD QUALITY LOOKS EXCELLENT, TIME WILL TELL. THEY DO LOOK GREAT THOUGH!
