I have been wearing these Merrell clogs for several years. The style, fit, and arch support has not changed and fits me perfectly. I wear a size 10 and can put my "heel that pain" orthotics into the clog after removing the lining. I love Zappos as I live 50 miles from the nearest shoe store and even then can't find the shoes that I prefer. Zappos provides easy delivery and return. Thank goodness or I would be driving to Denver to find shoes.

The fur-lined look looks a little wonky when worn at work, but the shoes feel like sliding my foot into heaven! The fit is appropriately snug, and the support is very comfortable. The lower-than-usual back heel takes some getting used to, but the shoe's overall feel + fit is nice. Traction is very good I'm sorry I waited so late in the season to get these warm and snug shoes. Best comfort purchase in a long time!

Seems to run narrow

Size fits me perfectly which is not always the case! They are so comfortable, I wore them almost every day the first week I got them. Warm, comfortable. I sprayed with water repellent which did not damage finish & seems to be working. Lots of snow in PA!

This is my 4th pair of the Encore winter shoe by Merrell. They seem a bit smaller than the others but are fine without socks and since I keep the new pairs for indoors that's fine. Once the fluffy inside smashes down I think they will fit like the others I have.

Best winter/snow/ice shoes I've ever had!! Toasty inside, too! I have snow/ice combo in my condo driveway for most of the winter, & fell 2 years ago. Got 2 walking poles at REI, which helped, but still slipped a bit in other shoes/boots. With these shoes, I almost don't need my poles!! BUY THESE SHOES!! ??????

Love this shoe! I only have one complaint, they put natural color fur on the gray shoes and it makes them look like slippers. They are super warm, easy on/off. I have black and brown also, definitely my go to winter shoe.

I have had these shoes for four years and am so happy to see this style still being made. The insides finally are giving way, but incredibly the soles are still good, In the winter they are my go to shoe.

I love wearing these shoes. They are true to size. I have had another pair just exactly like them that I have worn for four years. They were starting to look a little shabby so I ordered a new pair of the same things. Love the warm and fuzzy linging. They have a suede look to them but weather doesn't seem to bother them. I wear them all winter long, then switch to a summer version of the same style shoe. Great support for my feet.

Love these shoes This is my 3rd pair. They are very durable, well worth the cost.

Super warm, soft, comfortable and lightweight!! I love these shoes because they are very cute, and keep your feet toasty, so I don t have to wear socks, which makes me very happy! I got the gray color, ant it s a perfect shade, not to dark, not to light. Zappos has amazing customer service and to top it all off, I got them on sale! Perfect!!!
