I love these shoes - this was my third pair - I need super duper arch support so I got a half size larger so I could use my superfeet inserts and I tried to switch from my usual black to another color but ended up going back to my all black favorite. The two reddish shades were just not the exact shade I was looking for and the gray, while beautiful, I thought would get dirty pretty fast. I am happy with my choice

Warm and comfortable.

These shoes were recommended to me by a friend, and I'm glad I took her advice. I like them very much. They are attractive and warm! I live in a cold climate, and my feet tend to get cold in the cooler weather. I wear them around the house all the time, and I also wear them when I am running errands.

Fit was perfect - I take a 5/12 and have a bunion on one foot and the shoe is still very comfortable. You could even wear a sock with them!

I normally wear a size 9 but decided to purchase the 9 1/2 to allow for heavier socks. Perfect fit for me! So comfortable. The expresso is a rich color. My old black Merrels in this style are now related to the basement and yard, but they still look good ;-)

Love these shoes. Like walking in a warm furry shoe that is almost like a slipper. Have 5 pair in different colors and if new color comes out would buy another

I'm wearing these shoes as I write this review! While I don't find them to be the most fashionable (!), they are certainly comfortable! We are having a super cold spell and they are warm and perfect for throwing on to take the dog for a walk or run to the mailbox. Inside, I feel like I'm wearing supportive slippers. I am an 8 1/2 medium and they fit just right. I think they would be too narrow for someone with a wider foot.

This is my fourth pair of Merrill “furry shoes” over last 10 years. They are very warm and I wore them to meeting in the early morning and received compliments all around. I usually wear orthotics, so the arch support is OK, not as good as my orthotics, but it never will be. I prefer to have the “furry” soles. I don’t use them for long walks, but are great for quick trips outside.

I wasn’t sure what to expect with these shoes. I was pleasantly surprised at just how perfect they are. My normal size fit fine. At first I was afraid my heel slipped too much, but that seemed to correct itself as I wore them. The lining is perfect with socks or without. They are warm, but not too hot. I purchased them mostly for taking my dog out, but have ended up wearing them around town since they are so comfortable. I purchased navy, but have just ordered another pair in black. I highly recommend these shoes.

This is the second pair of these that I have purchased. I wore the others out by wearing them every single day. They are my "go-to" slip on shoes for dog walking, getting the mail, working around the house. They feel great right out of the box. They are secure on the foot (no slipping or foot roll) which makes them excellent for navigating different types of outdoor terrain. Rain, wet leaves, slick pavement - all good. I read another review that said they seemed narrow. I think that is because there is "shearling" material all the way around. I have an average foot (7.5B) and they are perfect. I will probably get a second pair as I wear them so much.
