Bought these a year ago and the soles look new but the tops are fraying. I tried emailing the company and they just mentioned sending a receipt which I no longer have. They did not even try to make it right.

Very disappointed as they did not fit. The vamp & opening were much too narrow. I could barely slip them on... I've owned several pairs & never encountered this problem before. It looks like a design issue. Again SO disappointed!

They were not wide width. They were way to narrow.

my shoes are way too tight even though I ordered wide...I have a high instep and they simply do not fit...

I am totally disappointed in my cold pack ice moc footwear, this is my second winter wearing them, very comfortable but cracks formed on both sides and my feet get wet,bought them because I had purchased a pair before these that were very similar and wore them for seven years and no cracks or wet feet, so disappointed.

highly uncushioned, I will return. I have owned many pairs of jungle moc, these are not comfortable

these cannot be worn indoors which is understandable My problem is the writing on the tag to tell you this is so small I can barely read it I damaged my wood floors as a result You should make it clear on the listing for purchase and in large print on the shoe tage so people do not cause expensive damage to their floors

I returned my first pair to the store where I bought them because the shoes fell apart at the seams after only a few months. I received a replacement pair and less than two months later this pair is falling apart too. The upper shoe leather pulls completely away from the sole. The rubbery looking trim has simply shredded away. Total waste of money.

AVOID the waterproofing is done by a rubber material around the toe. In less the 1 week of normal walking, the stitching on the rubber came loose! Now the rubber is torn and sloppy looking. I was hoping these would be comfortable shoes for work. Now they are unacceptly sloppy looking and only good for yard work or jobs were I don't care if they get damaged.

I have been a Merrell fan for many years and was excited to buy these shoes for walking my dog during the cold months in November 2017. They were very comfortable, but I was concerned that the fabric was fraying at the top after a few wears. However I chose to keep them as the store would not take them back. Now in less than two years the leather (or pleather) is cracked on both shoes and they leak. I have probably worn them less than 10 months total, certainly less than a year since I go south for three months in the winter. This is appalling and indicates very shoddy workmanship and lacking in quality. I will never buy Merrell shoes again....you've lost a fan!

I cannot believe these are in such bad shape with just 2 months of wear. I am in my home most of the day, and aren't especially hard on shoes. The entire rubber area in the front is just cracked and split. My other Merrell purchases have lasted a long time without issue. Extremely disappointed, especially since they are very comfortable.

I had purchased these exact shoes a couple of years ago and fell in love instantly. They were super comfortable and held up quite well, being daily wearers. I was long overdue for a replacement and when I put these new shoes on, they felt awful on my feet!!! Super tight, not comfortable at all! I won't be ordering online again and am not sure I will stick with Merrell brand.

The arctic grip hardly grips at all. I live in coastal Alaska where the temperatures hover around 32 and we get lots of snow/rain which translates to icy conditions a lot. These shoes slip out from under me like normal shoes would so believing they will grip is troubling because you feel confident in something that doesn't work. I now wear them with cleat which defeats the purpose of this price tag.

Had to return both mine and my daughter 's because the heel is huge and it's like walking around in clogs or playing dress up. The rest of the shoe fits great. It's warm and comfy. But rather than being safe in slick conditions it would be dangerous. Very sad as I own and love an earlier model.
