I love these shoes for walking on ice & snow & they seemed to fit great initially, but after several 1 hour walks the pressure points on heels & upper create blisters & pain. Not sure if they will improve over time.

Can't wear them until I get some tongue pads. They fit in all ways, except because there is too much space from the slip on elastic aspect the shoes slip off the heels and I can't wear them yet. Sure they will be great once I can wear them.

They were comfortable... but only for a short period of time. They are not truly wide. They cannot be worn for hours at a time. A big disappointment. I bought a pair of those stretchers in an effort to make these expensive mocs wearable.

Bought this shoe last year. I use them for walking on trails. They lost waterproof ability after about 5 walks. I used several products to restore them. The edging between the sole and body of shoe gets torn easily. The upper leather of the shoe has symmetrical holes where the shoe flexes at the ball of the foot. I expected to get at least 2 years of use from these.

Got these a few years ago, don't wear them a ton since California has good weather most of the year but I wear these when it is rainy and cold. They are comfy, reasonably warm, and do not leak when stepping in puddles. The soles are nicely grabby although a bit squeaky indoors on hard flooring. The no laces slip on factor of these is very convenient, you don't even have to bend over to get them on. The main issue is the second winter, the leather in the front started fraying and slipping out of the stitching quite badly on both shoes. Was disappointed since cheaper shoes do not usually fail after one season and these were not cheap shoes. Also I did not walk them in rocks or anything just ordinary pavement and puddles and mostly sitting around at work, this is a design flaw, the stitching is not adequate to hold them together. I took them to the cobbler and she glued down the damaged areas and added a second lower line of stitching in an attempt to keep them together but I see on one of them, the leather (or is that rubber?) is already starting to crack further down below the original and second line of stitching, not sure if they will make it through this second winter. I like these shoes but too bad, looks like they can't hold together for long.

I was excited at time of purchase because i have always had good experiences with merrell products. I needed a good pair of shoes for walking around town in fall/winter so these seemed perfect! However, after a short 1.5 months the stitching is coming undone around the toes. I can provide pictures if you want. I was definitely disappointed to see this after such a short time after purchase. They are not worn daily or for longer periods of time. Have not worn in 3 weeks to prevent further damage before it does get really cold

I bought a pair of very comfortable shoes before, now I bought these and the size was small, also in the package did not come the purchase receipt, how do I return them? very dissapointed

My previous Merrell's like this was great and it lasted 5 years. So I ordered a 1/2 size bigger but it seems the shoe has gotten narrower!

I was looking for my orbit mocs which were warm, comfortable, snow proof, and durable for use in winter; they have lasted for probably 10 years but are finally breaking down. I have tried multiple new models you have put out and these are closest, but not perfect, so I am giving them a try. While comfortable, the heel slips a bit. After changing the insole, I am able to wear with warmer, thicker socks, but am concerned that the heel slipping may be a problem long term.

Was disappointed that the shoes were very narrow. Apparently they do not come in wider widths. Well made but not designed properly in my opinion. They are sitting in my closet. Disappointed.

I have a very normal/average foot, true to size. This was narrow and stiff, so I returned it.

I love my Merrill shoes! I have many different pairs especially the Mocs. I have always had trouble finding comfortable shoes to fit my feet. I am a loyal Merrill customer. My two newest pairs of these Ice Mocs Waterproof have come apart at the side top seams. Each pair was only worn a dozen times or less before this started happening. I can either throw them away (as they now let in the snow and water or pay $$ to have them repaired. Very unhappy! In addition the sole is no longer as comfortable as it once was on my older pairs. They seem quite stiff and not as spongy to walk on, which is more jarring to my arthritic knees and hips. Merrill, please don't cheap out on your products.

water proof, warm, great traction and very nice arch support. How ever. after wearing them for a time, my big toes started hurting. The toe box end is too narrow, even in wide width. I tried a size bigger and even a half size more. No change, hard on toes. Complained to company regarding design flaw, they refunded both pair. Too bad, the rest of the shoe is perfect. Oh, and the soles although perfectly grippy on ice and snow, hold lots of mud to tract in the house.

After wearing them a few times, a seam on the right shoe kept rubbing the side of my foot. They are only comfortable for a short period of time.

I have had the mens version of this shoe. I bought a pair for my wife Christmas of 2020, that she didn't wear until last year (briefly).... the shoe came apart at the meeting of the sole and upper....

I I am so disappointed as these are not waterproof. I walk my dogs in the field where the grass is mowed but wet and come back with wet feet! Like someone to get in touch with me about this issue

I'm on my second pair of these, because the first pair were exchanged due to large tears. Unfortunately, now the second pair have deep tears, from walking in them, allowing water to leak in. I attempted to exchange them for a different type (since the first 2 pairs were duds), WITHIN the year they say they'll stand behind their products. I WAS a lifelong Merrell buyer, until they made the decision to NOT stand behind their products with these. These shoes are ok, until they get large tears in them, which makes them NOT waterproof anymore. I've had TWO pairs now, and they're BOTH defective. Don't trust them for long use.

Way too narrow for a W shoe. My husband bought these last year and loves them. I was so disappointed when I had to return mine.

They were NOT wide width and they squeaked when I walked in them. Sent them back for a refund.

Ordered 3 pairs of Merrell shoes - all size 8. Two are perfect fits, this pair VERY small. So disappointed!
