I bought this boot last year primarily for clearing snow from my sidewalks and driveway, as well as taking the dogs on their morning and evening walks. I absolutely LOVE this boot! They are unbelievably lightweight and keep my feet warm on all but the coldest mornings (below zero F). They are great for walking and the traction is excellent even on ice. It's like having an athletic shoe as a winter boot. If Merrell could do one thing to improve this boot, it would be to offer it in Wide. I have some issues with bone spurs in my toes and when they my feet swell, the toe box gets too snug.

I like these boots a lot. They are warm, and amazingly light. They also have the special sole with anti-slip qualities. I use them for winter walks and outside work. They aren't as substantial as the big "pack boots," but I did not want that type of boot. These are a perfect combo of warm and rugged, but also light and easy to put on. I especially like the fact that they are insulated and have the anti-skid soles. Most of my footwear is from Merrell, and I've been happy with the quality overall. These boots meet and exceed all expectations

This is my second pair after 4 years use from the first pair. Great winter walking boots, every day. Easy to put on, warm enough and snow worthy up to about 6 inches.

I am a female mail carrier in West Michigan.They did not have the womens boot I wanted in my size so I opted for a mens. I got a 10 1/2 which length wise was perfect but was a little loose in the toe.I put inserts in and that made a perfect fit.The hours I spend in these, the miles I walk and the snow I trudge through and my feet feel amazing!! waterproof ,warm, and comfortable. I only wished I had bought them years ago.Worth every penny!!

Light weight boot that keeps your feet warm and has the cold pack ice tread. Exactly what I've been looking for but apparently women don't need all three of these characteristics. Maybe as a woman I don't spend enough time outside working hard like a man or something so I had to order these boots for myself. It would be nice if Merrill would recognize that women also need a boot that keeps their feet warm, has a cold pack tread like a man, and it's lightweight. I bought them for my husband and sons over Christmas and they were raving about them. Since you don't make women's boots with all three characteristics, I bought them and I like them. They're comfortable. Did I mention that I would love it if you could do the same thing in a woman's style?

All of my previous winter boots had wide soles that were a problem when driving. I have worn Jungle Mocs for decades and these boots have identical interior insoles and exterior sizing. I have finally found the winter boot/shoe I have been hunting for. Great for driving, walking and just lounging. Surprising grip on ice.

My husband got these and is on his feet in the snow all day and he stays dry and his feet stay comfortable.

A good looking, well made, grippy, winter boot. It will get lots of use in those cold months.

These are the most comfortable boots/shoes I've ever owned. I was so impressed with the superior quality I purchased the jungle mock too! I wear these to all my Volleyball matches and always get compliments on them. Merrill is second to none in craftsmanship, quality and comfort! Chicago winters are brutal and no match for Coldpack Ice+ 8" Zip Polar Waterproof!! Highly recommend them!!

Awesome, fit and finish were top notch. Spent the first day with them on a winter trail, about 11 miles. Then on and off snowmobile the next day. Little snow shoveling too. All and all these kept my feet dry, as far as warmth goes there just warm enough when wearing light weight socks like I did in 30 to 40 degree weather like in the hike, it gets cooler than that then I just switch to a winter sock my size 13 in the size 13 boot seem to work well doing that. And as I had mentioned I wore these within a day after I got them so that was a risk but to my surprise I had no issues. Love the easy on/off the zipper allows for and the lightweight design.

Excellent winter boot for snow-shoeing or just walking around in the snow. Easy side zipper to slip on/off. Comfortable right out of the box. Great traction.

Quick and easy to pull on and off. Warm and completely waterproof. Comfortable, with excellent traction on snow and ice. Great to wear while operating the snow blower on sub zero days!

Really good traction on ice and keeps my feet warm on 20min 0 degree recess duties at school!

I use these to deliver mail during snowy and icy weather. I walk 12 miles a day using these. They are wonderfully comfortable and keep my feet dry and warm in extreme weather. They are a vast improvement over many of the other options as they are easy to slide on and weigh half as much. They weight is a huge factor as after 12 miles in snow the feet are heavy and tired.

Great boot. Easy on and off. Warm and dry. Relatively large toe box - many medium width shoes dont fit cause my feet flattening but these do. Would buy again.

In Chicago just before the Big Snow Dump of 2021, I'm scrambling around for more practical boots. Having to hike outside cuz gym closed (pandemic). Don't have boots with adequate traction/warmth/support. These check all boxes. Was a bit worried because they aren't very tall, but they're snug around my leg so when I tuck in my pants and pull socks over, it's a tight fit and nothing gets in. Now digging out my car, getting exercise, walking to and from work through all terrain (drifts, ice, pavement, etc.), and they're perfect!
