I'm so completely disappointed in this shoe! I love Meryl's, and have loved them for years. I've always recommended them to friends. But this pair, not worth the while. I have been running in these since the end of May, So not even 2 months yet. And I already have a hole in the sole! Ugh! Way too expensive for the soles to wear out this quickly. Completely disappointed.

Unfortunately I returned these because they are way too small

I've had every version of this shoe and #3 is the only one that started ripping within two weeks and was fully torn in several places within months. I was so disappointed after the longevity of #1 and #2. I trusted Merrell and bought version 4 and so far am satisfied, but as a single mom on a fixed income, this was a sad waste of money. Get the new version.

I love the brightness of these shoes. It took me awhile to get used to the barefoot fit in them, but I have found them to be decently comfortable. Maybe not ideal for long ours on your feet on a hard gym floor. I am PE teacher and I have worn these every school day for since the beginning of August. The fabric is starting to fall apart. It won't be long before my toe goes through the fabric. Soon holes will be completed on either side of the ball of my foot as there are tears just above the rubber coating on the fabric on both sides of both my feet. I have other Merrell shoes and love them, but I am disappointed in these.

I have had these shoes about 5 months. I still wear them but about 2.5 months in the uppers started falling apart and now my socks poke through. Basically the mesh can't withstand the tension from fastening the laces! I've had a lot of Merrell shoes and loved them so this poor design was surprising. The shoes are wonderfully comfortable and really do fit like a glove. I'm outside of the return window but I won't replace my disintegrated Vapor Gloves with another pair. I'd advise waiting for the next edition.

I have had several pairs of previous barefoot shoes. These had a much wider toe area and therefore not as comfortable, felt clumsy.

i don't like that Merrell got rid of the loop in the back,please bring it back

Started out great. But after about two months wear I started to feel a pain on my inside heel and I've never felt anything like this before. Even with previous Merrell Barefoot shoes I've worn. I was very disappointed with this experience

I saw some reviews saying these shoes fell apart incredibly fast. I was hoping it wasn't that common and I'd get a pair that would last. Sadly, I didn't. They have holes forming in the toes and the side of the shoe is separating after only a month of light use. I'm 9 months pregnant so I can assure you I'm not doing anything crazy or lengthy. Disappointed because I love the zero feel of them and they'd be great if they would just not fall apart. Merrell really needs to up their quality to what it once was.

These are not my first Merrell bare foot style shoe. I had a pair of Pace Goves that I loved and held up so well. These, not so much. After maybe a month of used there was a hole on the toe where the mesh meets the rubber and before long there were matching holes. So bummed at the quality and design, this was my first bad experience with Merrell shoes.
