I love this boot! Feels like a sneaker! Very comfortable, waterproof and good looking!

I am beyond happy with these boots. I have been looking for a lightweight, comfortable, waterproof boot that I can dog walk/hike in during winter and feel cozy and warm. They have awesome walking soles that grip well and are like a winter version of hightop sneakers which is exactly what I was looking for. They are so comfy that I havent taken them off all day since my hike and am still wearing them this evening as i write this! They are easy to get on and off with laces still tied, the bunching in between lace holes is insignificant and I am glad that i didnt pay attention to the reviews about them and tried them anyway as this does not affect the look of the shoe (to me anyway). They feel like they will last well if cared for, the stitching looks good and the overall feel is good quality and worth the price. I did but a half size up after trying on my usual 8.5, the 9 fitted perfectly without looking too large. So good I just purchased a white pair. Very happy with these!!

I first ordered a half size up as several reviewers suggested they run small. They do not. These are true to size. Order the size you wear most consistently.

I bought these because my true hiking boots are too stiff and I wanted more of a tennis shoe type feel. These are super warm and stylish for dog walking and casual outfits. Very comfortable and much better than my stiffer boots. I’m not a true hiker or anything but these work great for my outdoor needs.

Adorable and comfortable. I love these. They are cute, easy to slip on, walk like a tennis shoe and they are very warm. I totally love them. I got them a half size bigger (than I get in other shoes, but I wear an 11 in Sorel’s apparently) and they fit perfectly.

I am pleasantly surprised with the sneaker-like fit and feel of these waterproof light-weight boots, which I tried on immediately but only around the house to check them out. I am honestly not sure if I love the little white "furry" ankle, but it's ok. Expect to get a lot of use with these, which are not for super cold weather (but I have something else for those conditions). Glad to have them waiting for the next snow.

Love love love! I ordered a 1/2 size up because my last pair of this brand was a little snug. Super lightweight and so comfortable and I have a high arch. Very pleased with my purchase. Black with light fur is so pretty too!

Absolutely love this boot! Living in NYC and being one of the millions of public transport commuters, having to walk around the city, this boot is amazing. Actually not concerned about the upcoming winter I will definitely buy this brand again.

These are the most comfortable boots I have ever owned. The foot bed has a lot of bounce. I took them to Rome and wore them for ten miles on uneven pavement. My feet never hurt one time! I am 66 years old, so that is saying something! They feel like slippers on my feet.

These boots are so cute! I got them in red, and I get comments wherever I go. What's really surprising is how warm they are when they are also so lightweight. My feet are always cold...well, not any longer! These boots are a keeper, no doubt about it. They don't feel heavy and clunky like so many winter boots do.

Living in Minnesota, snow boots are a must. Utilitarian, usually heavy and frankly ugly. Not these! They will do the trick in ice and snow but are so light and comfy (it's like there are pillows inside) that I can hardly wait for our first snownami. I got red to brightened up the gray days. Love these.

Fits a bit tight on the width. Not a fan of the way it laces.

These sorel short lace waterproof boots are amazingly comfortable!they cane today put them right on worr thenfrom2-8pm They are totally comfortable; my feet which always hurt wereabsolutely perfect I recommend these to everyone. I usually wear7&7. I took an 8. That was perfect!

I bought these boots hoping they would feel like tennis shoes and I would be able to wear them for the cold but not-currently-snowing days. They were light-weight compared to my other Sorel boots I wear all winter. I loved them but they were just too snug (in my normal size) so I had to send them back. I will try for a larger pair.

These shoes look really great. They were simply too small. If shoes are too tight in cold weather, it cuts off circulation and your feet will be cold regardless. I found that even with thinner athletic socks the fit was too snug.

I got these because they looked warm and easy to get into for walking dogs and winter walking. These boots provide both of these things. They are also enormously comfortable. I’ve been wearing them for some trail walks with dogs and while the sole isn’t quite up to hiking standard (a bit slippy), that’s not their purpose. I’m nevertheless impressed with how well they’ve functioned. And while they are not water-proof, I had to walk through a steam and I did get water in them and then...it was gone. I didn’t feel squishy, my feet didn’t get water cold, the wet just wicked away. I’m super pleased with these boots as they fulfill their intended role and more.

Unlike other snow boots, these are super light weight. Very warm! Another reviewer said there isn’t any ankle support and I will have to agree, but you’re also not going to be hiking in these, this is made for walking in snow and cold weather. Size is very true, if you’re going to wear a thick sock (which you really don’t need to because, I’m telling you, they are warm, order half size up. Otherwise, I ordered my size and am very happy!

VERY cute boots BUT...way too tight. I returned them. Usually wear between 9.5 and 10 (ordered 10) and think I would have needed an 11 in these. too bad but I found another pair of boots from another brand that is very similar and fits perfectly and is true to size.

I wanted these boots so badly but they were too narrow. Super lightweight for a boot but so narrow it buckled at the tie.

Cute, lightweight boot, but too narrow for my regular width foot. I ended up going with the Explorer Joan boot which has more room in the toe box.

This is a update now that I actually got to wear the Sorel Whitney Short Lace .......it snowed and put them on wearing a regular sock very tight ! Size 11 is very uncomfortable order a size up. Boot is somewhat bulky looking due to the lace up ability and does not tie snugly and leave "bulges" and walking in the grocery store they are loud do too the "no slip" traction sole. Very disappointed on spending $127.00, I would not buy again and if I could I would return the boots.

I love Sorel but wasn't a fan of these. They are cute and feel comfortable. They are rated for very cold weather. But they didn't seem substantial enough to actually keep me warm for Chicago winters.

I found myself walking the dog in New England winters in slippery / cold / wet sneakers or uggs so I was looking for a lightweight, waterproof, non slip, warm sneaker and these seemed to fit that need. Overall I am happy, but I do wish they kept my foot warmer. Pros: They are comfortable, they feel like a sneaker and are lightweight They hold up to puddles and slushy snow well - my foot has stayed dry They have a decent grip - definitely more non slip than my adidas sneakers Cons: They are not very warm! This surprised me, but I was out in 30F weather and my feet were cold - colder than they are in my adidas sneakers. This was a surprise since they are rated for much colder temps. I am going to try again with a thicker (maybe wool) sock and see if there is improvement. The nylon definitely makes some sort of noise when you walk - other reviews mentioned it too. I personally do not care about this, but wanted to call it out The overall style is Eh. The fur around the ankle doesn't look great to me, makes my ankle look thick

Really disappointed in these. I thought I could make them work, even though they felt super narrow. I have narrow feet. But after wearing them a few times, they are just not comfortable. And they really are missing a hole for the laces, causing a weird bunchy look. Not happy with these.

I wanted to rate these a zero, except they WERE cute on and some things I should’ve realized myself before purchasing. I don’t know why I even bother with This brand, they are SOOO narrow and sizing up does not help. My foot felt like it was falling off the sides of the sole. These have zero ankle support (something I should’ve foreseen) due to the laces only criss-crossing 3 times for the whole boot. Like I said.....they look cute but the fit, support and functionality were terrible.
