I loved these shoes at first. They are cute, warm, and comfortable. But after wearing them for the day I realized the nylon creaks every time you walk. It is so annoying even my kids asked me to quit wearing them!

I had the Nori green color, and the styling looked good in the box, but they didn't work on. The first thing I noticed was the narrow toe box. Th second thing was that the D-ring placement leaves the sides gaping open when the laces are tightened. Sadly returned.

Love Sorels and have had a pair of snow boots for several years. I was excited to try the new Out N About but they were just too short (size 11). After reading the reviews, I was hoping the Whitney Short Lace would work. Unfortunately, they were too narrow and I had thin socks on. They don't come in wide. The length was fine though. So disappointed. Zappos return policy is fabulous and will always be my go to site for shoes. Thanks Zappos!

This boot is way too narrow! I ordered the same size as my other Sorel boots but they are completely different fits apparently. I liked the style of the boot and seemed to be was what I was looking for, fashionable yet functional. But I had to return because they were way too narrow.

I do like the look of these boots, they are cute. But that's about as far as it goes. I ordered half a size bigger than normal, and they fit just about how my normal size would, if not a bit smaller. I tried them anyway, and got blisters. The temperature outside was 12 degrees F and my feet were cold! I am so disappointed in these boots.

Shoe was very comfortable, it was exactly what I had been looking for a warm boot that had the arch support of a running shoe. However it runs very narrow. I normally size up to 7.5 in most shoes for a little extra width and length (athletic shoes I typically take 7.5 wide) as I have poor circulation and high arches. I found the 7.5s too long and much too narrow. Don't think I could really justify sizing up another half to whole size as I feel they'd be way too long on me (and might not even be wide enough). I'm a thin petite person and I think they made me look like i was wearing children's shoes. Not sure how it would work on other people but I found the proportions overall very odd for a snow boot.

Similar to other reviewers, I am giving this low marks due to the puffing and gaps caused by the effect of the spacing of the eyelets with the lighter weight of the material. Looks bad. I really wanted to like this boot, but it's going back.

Super cute, super comfortable. But as someone else noted, the eyelets are too far apart, so the material bulges out between them, making the whole shoe look sloppy and cheap. Sadly had to return it.

These look absolutely wonderful on and they are light weight, warm and comfy BUT they squeak with every. Single. step. I kept mine for a year trying to “break them in” but they never stopped squeaking. Drove me nuts. I had ordered a black pair and a white pair and wound up returning them both.

I really wanted to love these but as other reviewers have said, these have a very narrow fit. I have narrow feet to begin with and it felt too narrow around my arch. I usually wear a size 7 and ordered that, so maybe a half size up would have been marginally better.

I live in Sweden and need warm durable boots in the winter. I also travel to skiing competitons around Europe and spend a lot of time in the snow. These shoes promise to keep me warm in up to -30 degrees. These shoes can't even keep me warm for 10 minutes walking to the bus in no snow in +5 degrees!!
I have sneakers that keep me more warm. These boots are an absolute joke. Extremely unhappy with my purchase since I have to buy new ones. These boots are good as indoor slippers, nothing more.

These were a disappointment. The tongue was disconnected from the shaft at a low point over the top of the foot. Any kind of snow or rain would go right into the boot.

I wanted this boot so badly but its crazy narrow and I have average feet. I have never had wide shoes before. I wanted to wear thick wool socks. There's no room for that at all.

I was SO excited when I ordered these, and somehow sold on the fact that several reviews mentioned going to Iceland and these coming in handy. I have no plans to go to Iceland, but they just made them sound so ideal. I followed the recommendations...I'm between an 8.5 and 9 so I ordered 9. My feet are narrow. It was tricky getting my foot in and they felt uncomfortably snug. The arch was very oddly shaped and it felt funny to walk in them. Even though they were snug, one of my ankles slid up and off the bottom of the boot as I walked. Interestingly, that particular boot made a creaking noise as I walked as well. They were pretty and I loved the furry inside, but just so uncomfortable and oddly fitting and...noisy. Had to return. I'm normally a huge Sorel fan so I was really disappointed.
