Wear it in rainy cold days. Keep me warm and stylish.

I've like to do a lot of hikes and once a year I travel to climb some big mountain like Kilimanjaro or Everest Base Camp. This jacket is perfect for that and you don't need anything else as your out layer.

Here in Hawaii on big island, temperature drops about four degrees every thousand feet you go up, and with Mauna Kea being almost 14,000 ft. It can and does get quite cold up on top, especially in the winter months. To this day, it's still the coldest place I have ever been, (with wind chill factor, it went down to a burning -54* F, as hurricane Iniki passed south of us, building observatories on the Mtn). A jacket like this will be a great asset to have to keep the elements out. Even when we hike out to the lava flow, conditions are changing all the time, and rain, fog and wind can come at you without much notice sometimes. I'm ready for anything now!

My son bought this primarily to wear skiing, but took it to England and loved that he could wear the inner lining alone as a jacket or wear the outer shell as a rain/wind breaker.

The jacket fits great and it provides space for movement. Wish it came in a red chocolate red color though.

I love this jacket, the only thing that I don't like is the sleeve length. I would prefer it to be a tad bit shorter, but regardless, I still love it!

use this for cold weather

Love the 3-in-1 functionality! Almost like 5-in-1 depending on whether to attach the hood, with or without the Thermoball liner jacket zipped into the shell. This is fantastic cold-weather travel outerwear; was able to wear it every which way on a 1-week Europe winter holiday depending on the weather plus function.

I had a previous North Face 3 in 1 parka that I had used for about 8 years, and now bought this as a replacement. It works great! Lots of pockets, comfortable, and versatile.

Wear it because I love how it look, love how it feels, no down sides about it..... the perfect jacket...

Warm and light, very comfortable for skiing and for casual use

Overall it is a wonderful coat. The fiery red is a little more orange than red, but I was happy with it.

Good product

I was sitting in the mall on a Saturday night waiting for my wife. Using my phone I went to the North Face page. I saw the coat,ordered it and had it by Thursday!!

Great jacket, fits well , good quality.

I use it as a casual product to work, as a comfortable product at home.

I bought it for my Ski trip and I am in love with this product. It has truly redefined my approach to the winter.

The coat is great for winter weather. I was replacing a North Face coat I had enjoyed for twenty years. The new coat is as good as the old one.

Everything fits great, but in order to get proper length/sleeve length I had to go with a small. I'm a slim guy, but there is little room in the waste (e.g. - very tight when sitting down, getting into car, etc).

Love the jacket and everything about it! Skied out west for the first time in years and the coat did its job and then some!! Would definitely buy another one.

Perfect protection for the nastiest of snowstorms.

Hands down the warmest ski coat. Used at Whistler in near zero with windchill. Nice and warm. Sleeves are perfect length. Use liner for temps above 40f. Excellent.
