the picture i ordered was actually a paisley print..i received some sort of floral pattern, so i am not haply with that

I relied heavily on my experience with VB products from college. I loved all of their items back then. But this crossbody bag has been nothing but disappointment and frustration. First, I got it monogrammed so it's not returnable. The monogram is slightly off-center but I'm a perfectionist and most folks probably wouldn't notice so I let that go. But then my phone (iPhone 7) will NOT fit in it with a case on it. And let's face it, who has an iPhone without a case? And I don't have a super massive case. It's a tight fit and the button will often not secure unless I force it (which is super annoying). And then the clips!!! The clips that secure the shoulder strap to the wallet keep falling off. I have no idea how this even happens but it's often enough that I want to throw this thing in the garbage. I am utterly shocked to think that I spent over $100 on this and it will now be gifted to my almost 3 year old for play. Overall it even looks a little cheap perhaps it's the smaller quilting pattern. Either way this is a absolutely not something I recommend. Save your $100+ for that beautiful Kate Spade! I wish I would have.

The Q&A section stated a Samsung S22 Ultra will fit. It will not. I'm annoyed I waited over a week for the package and now I have to pay return shipping. What a waste of time and money.

snap on the cell phone section can barely reach the other half of the snap and it won't stay closed.

Bag is not as lightweight as the other bag I got on sale, strap is too thin and not at all comfortable to wear. Looks cheap and costs waaaaay too much for what it is. I got an army green colored crossbody bag that is super lightweight and I love it but I don't see that one on the site anymore. I was hoping for that same bag in black but this isn't it.

Too small, I purchased one at Gatlinsburg back in the summer, and it was just right for travel with room for a check book. I thought I was purchasing the same thing. My checkbook wouldn't even fit in the purse.

Very disappointed that there is no coin pocket. The second zipper pocket that used to have the coin pocket has changed.

Different than the previous all in one ordered, which was the iconic all in one. This one is smaller, zipper keeps getting stuck. Won't order it again, very disappointed.

The one corner was not caught with the sewing machine. Disappointed that I will have to fix it.

I really like the options for organization in this bag. However, there are issues with the straps. I have had both the crossbody strap and the wristlet strap fall off at random times while carrying the bag. And the placement of the ring to connect the clip for the strap is in an odd location. In order to properly open the zipped compartment, I constantly have to hold the ring down to get the zipper past it. This has become so annoying that I am no longer using the bag at all and had to resort to using a different brand.

I have a 6 year old bag just like this but it is made 100% better. So dissatisfied. The clasp that holds the strap to the bag is SO cheap that they keep coming undone. My bag almost fell down a drain. I have a dozen Vera bags but never have I paid this much money for such a cheaply made item. May be my last.

I loved the color of the bag, but it was too small. I could not get a comb and barely my small checkbook in it. There are too many zippered compartments and the zippers tend to get caught on the corners. I would have liked one zippered compartment and enough room to fit my checkbook in it. The compartment in the front maybe fine for a cell phone, but that with a few credit cards is about all it will handle. I just loved the pink color so much that I am sad it was such a disappointment.

Two corners of this item are frayed & not . Quality does not match the price being paid for brand new items.

Not happy with it (can't use it so it just sits on my dresser) has way too many slots for cards (not needed) and can't get my inhaler that I have to carrry at all times in it. Other than cards it's pretty useless. Have purchased several purses from VB and love them all this one not so much. Sorry

Awful purchase and will make sure not to order online again. Seams are coming apart already and it was wrapped as a gift so it is not even a month old.

Wrist strap frayed and broke within 4 months of purchasing the product. Customer Service states I would need to send the entire item back to be inspected to determine if it is defective. Way to stand by your product and do the right thing by your customers.

Excited to get the product only to have strap on zip section break with first use. How disappointed.

Wanted a crossbody exactly like this and was super excited to get it just to find that it didn't fit my phone with a case.
