I still carry a checkbook and had hoped this bag would accommodate mine, as well as the functions of a wallet. It does not. The loops where the crossbody straps attach to the bag kind of interfere with the zipper. Quality and appearance are fine, just doesn't fit my needs all that well. It will stay in the closet until my current leather "all-in-one" finally falls apart. Maybe I can modify this one to work. So disappointed. Perhaps if the interior photos had been more detailed I would have known better what I was getting.

Too small and strap way too thin, returned

I like the style and the fabric. But if you want something besides your checkbook, money, credit cards or phone in it, forget it. The one regular compartment is so small, narrow, that even just just a small pack of tissues, it's hard to zip up. And actually my phone just barely fits, Galaxy 10. You have to struggle to get the snap to catch. Very disappointed in this product. Didn't want to have to pay shipping or I would have sent it back.

The print is stunning and the bag is so cute but even though I checked the measurements beforehand my phone doesn't fit and the purse just doesn't work how I hoped. I am giving it to my mom who has a smaller phone, hopefully she'll find it more usable

I have returned this item. When I placed my order,.. I thought it was a much larger I did not open the plastic package because I was not interested in keeping item

The other products were great but this will be going back because the zipper is sticking.

Nice size. Beautiful pattern. Thoughtful design however the strap interferes with zippers! It's frustrating to use. I should have returned it.

Over priced

The clips for the strap get in the way of the zipper. Not a fan of the new layout for cash and cards

This purse is adorable, but has fallen off my body 3 times while wearing in the crossbody position. The clasps must be faulty. It is not reliable to wear. I'm very disappointed.

When I ordered this small cross-body bag. I thought it was the same as one I have used daily for the past couple years and is looking 'tired'! Instead of an open external pocket, this bag had a zippered external pocket which was so small it could not accommodate my iPhone 6 - not acceptable!

Love the pattern, love the purse- but, the shoulder strap slips out of the clasp almost every time I wear it! Very disappointed in the hardware pieces that are not built well.

Great bag for someone that likes small and compact. To small for me.

There is too much brown in the plaid. Also it is too small. I plan to return it to the store when we go to Denver.

I like everything about this crossbody except the quality. If I knew it was the old style I would not have purchased. The older style I have is down to the cardboard. Ugh!

I loved this Best in Show print so much I bought several pieces. Unfortunately after carrying the cross body two weeks, my long strap broke all of the sudden. Very unhappy customer! How can I get this replaced? Sold out,can't find another one.waste of money, help Vera Bradley!

Lots of pockets but the one on the outside is barely usable. You can't fit your fingers in there to reach. Not really enough room to hold a cell phone if you have a pop socket on it. I'm pretty disappointed with it. I'm planning to purchase a table tamer and I hope it works better than this does. I've always loved Vera Bradley but this one just doesn't work well for me.

I laundered my like the instructions said on gentle, mine came out with the zippers having come out from inside of bag. I cannot get them back in. I also cannot get the zippers to zip anymore. I used this bag all the time. Sad it did not hold up. First one ever I had a problem with any of the Vera bags.

Smaller than I thought it would be. Cannot fit as much as I had hoped.

Not long enough and to big for placing in a purse. Would have to switch my stuff back and forth from a wallet to this and back again.

I really wanted to like this crossbody. I have a larger iPhone 11 max with otter box case. It only needed a fraction of an inch to fit in this small bag. Otherwise, this is a sweet little bag.

More or less the right size for a wristlet, but too bulky and fat (about the size of a brick). Hard to fit in anything outside of the pockets for credit cards and money, though it is possible to wedge in a small set of keys and a lipstick.

I love the pattern and the crossbody. My complaint with this particular one is the wristlet snap keeps coming off the wallet causing me to keep close tabs on my wallet. I'm about ready to go back to my old wallet

Obsessive fan since 2011. + Purchased my first CLASSIC AIO Crossbody (Xbody) in 2017. EXCELLENT PRODUCT LOVED ALL THE FEATURES & IT FIT MY PHONE WITH A PROTECTIVE CASE W/NO PROBS! Cute, roomy & convertible: WIN-WIN-WIN in my book. Long story short, I have three CLASSIC RFID AIO Xbody in my collection. - SHELLtember 2019, VB Labor Day Sale, ORDERED the Butterfly Flutter iconic RFID AIO Xbody...& what I received was GORGEOUS in appearance, but not iconic in any other way than it LOOKS like my three previous CLASSIC RFID AIO Xbody products. The hardware is chintzy on the iconic RFID AIO version, truly a thief's dream! Unlike my classic AIOs, the clasps do not always close completely! Even when clasp is closed, a quick twist and a slight tug and off the wristlet came from from the single wrist strap. Confirmed with BOTH ends of the Xbody strap, same result as you only need one to come open & your stuff is gone! Iconic with VB means NOSTALGIC styling with cheap hardware at a higher price for the RFID AIO Xbody... How about a CLASSIC or NOSTALGIC line? I'm missing the classic Glenna & Mailbag & Metropolitan, as well.
