Was hoping to make it my grab & run for short trips. Not enough room

I was so excited to get this because I LOVE the stitched heart print but when I tried to put the necessities in it, there is not enough space! I even looked at the Deluxe All Together size, but neither of them have a pocket that could fit a lipstick. All I'm trying to carry is credit cards, ID cards, insurance cards, a phone, lipstick, nail file, and keys. This could only fit either my phone OR my lipstick and keys, but I consider all of those necessities as I go about my day. I'm so, so disappointed because I expected a more practical design from something called All in One.

Returned not for me. It was more irritating that useful.

I like to carry a small shoulder bag for quick runs & easy access to immediate needs. ie: credit cards, check book, etc. I was hoping this was designed in comparison to the latch wallet, which has checkbook space & very roomy for wallet size. Actually wish this size would come in shoulder bag. Loved the idea of the crossbody but extremely disappointed in overall size & lack of compartments

It was not what I expected and I have returned it.

I have used VB wristlets, totes, and crossbody bags for many years. I realize some changes need to be made in order to accommodate newer phones, but I don't like the new zippers on a variety of styles, flimsy linings, and the fake leather straps. This wristlet is no longer comfortable with the cheap straps.

Front pocket to for cell phone wouldn't close, too short. Had to return

I was looking for the all in one crossbody wallet I have boughten before. Aperantly you dont make it any more. I have 3 that has three zippers and a flap. The outside zipper holsds my phone.. This one is too little in length and doesnt have all the storage as the otherone.

This bag is so small and the quality wasn't what I expected for the price I paid. Returned it for a refund.

My iPhone 11 would not fit in the flip pocket or back zip pocket. The design of th crossbody was gorgeous.

I've had many of this style of crossbody. Love it, this one have a problem with the zipper. Will have to exchange.

I love the purse, but once I put my phone on, it doesn't close with the magnet!

What has happened to this product? I have had 4 of these bags and LOVED them. I was sooooo disappointed to see really horrible design changes. The zippered pocket is just one big area that opens way to wide, things want to fall out. It used to have a divider with a zipper pocket in it that was perfect for a couple keys, side slip pockets that went the entire length, and now there are ONLY TWO card slots in this pocket and the wristlet strap that I normally use on my key chain isn't microfiber anymore. It's either leather or fake leather, I can't tell but it should match the bag. I guess I'll be looking elsewhere since they have completely ruined what used to be perfect bag.

This is one of many of this type of wristlets I've purchased from Vera Bradley but this one will not snap right when I put my apple phone in it. It's too small and all the other ones are fine with my phone.

Compartments are for a teen or younger, gave mine away

Worst design ever, returned item. I have a previous version that was perfect. This one had less pockets in the zipper on the opposite side of the phone holder. The phone holder is designed only to fit phone that are slanted. The snap closure does not meet. I wished that had not redesigned it.

My monogrammed bag arrived in damaged condition. After reaching out to Vera Bradley I was told you would email the return label to me. Nothing has come yet. Why not VB?

I am disappointed. I used to use this to keep keys and small items in the coin purse, which was double zipped in the older versions. Items are no longer secure in this newer version.

I liked this bag, but after only 6 weeks of gentle use, one of the strap loops has frayed and come apart, leaving the strap dangling by a thread. Poor quality for what is quite an expensive tiny bag.

Quality was great but the purse was much smaller than expected. I was not able to store much. In fact my older version iPhone did not fit well.

I like the built in wallet with rfid. I don't like that there is no room to put my eyeglasses, some tissue, and a lipstick. This purse is very hard. I am very disappointed with Vera Bradley on this one. For the quality very overpriced. I probably will return it.

I have an older cross body that I loved! After years of use it was starting to look a little worn. I bought the new style and hate it! It's awkward in comparison. Doesn't hold neatly as much. It's basically useless especially for the cost. I wish I wouldn't have purchased it.

There is a hole in one section of this product, like it wasn't stitched properly. Need to return it for exchange

I was notified via email the item wasn't available and wouldn't be available in any color before Christmas. It was a gift. The cost wasn't refunded to my bank account for over a week and I'd been out of work due to illness. I struggled to purchase it, and barely afforded one at a VB outlet in a different color in time for Christmas. I'm extremely disappointed. Won't order again.
